Void x2 Weekend!
As anticipated, this weekend there will be a double chance event for Void Shards, increasing your chances to get Epics and Legendaries, this is undoubtedly the best time to pull your hard-earned Void Shards and get your hands on some fantastic Champions, or… get nothing.
It is incredibly important to note that the Fusion for Maranix will begin next week, and shards will be required for this fusion – so you may want to hold back on some.

From 08:00 UTC Friday, September 30 to 08:00 UTC Monday, October 3, we’re DOUBLING your chances of receiving Legendary and Epic Champions from Void Shards.
Why are void x2 Events good?
It is very rare to see a 2 for 1, or a guaranteed Void Legendary Champion event – meaning the single best time to get your hands on Void Legendaries, and Epics is through x2 events – doubling your chance from 0.5% to 1% per shard, which may not sound much but hey – it’s the best we can get!
Should you pull your shards?
Unless you are saving for very specific reasons, such as:
- A 10x boosted rates on a particular Champion you are looking for.
- You are close to pity and want to target a legendary.
- Saving for a future Fusion Event
Then this is the best time to open your void shards to get the best bang for your buck… or just hard-earned void shards.

I prefer guaranteed events, but it’s really close. 80-100 shards for a void leggo is insane, and the main reason not to go for it is if you only want top tier void leggos, can’t save up the shards or really want the epics. I would like a Maneater or Cardinal esspecially, but anyone for fw would be good. As I am now entering the late midgame (staritng to push DT hard, Silver tta, Hydra Hard) some good void leggos would be sweet. Riho would have been amazing, but I would probably have skipped Turvold even if i had shards. 2x is better for epics, but leggos for guaranteed is so much better. Nub Raids breaks it down amazingly in a video he made, and it really made me start to save for guaranteed events.
Pass. I have every void epic that can be pulled via shards, and only want specific void legendaries. Therefore, I keep a nice stash of voids for a guaranteed champion I’d want and put usually pull 10 or so for 10x events.
Can you let us know the name of that Nub Raids video? I’d be interested in watching it. I’m close to the same place in the game as you, but a little behind where you are. Started saving for guaranteed leggos already just because it seemed to make sense, and I would like to know more.

Anyone else notice really terrible pull rates this event? Yeah, it’s random and not guaranteed uniform, but given enough shards there is usually some degree of consistency. Anyone, this batch SUCKED.
How many did you pull? Rates are def not down, I’ve seen clanmates get some bonkers pulls. If you pulled less than 100 shards you shouldn’t expect a leggo, and if you pull les that 150 it’s still not very likely.
Okay, I get it that nobody cares ……BUT….I pulled my only void and just got Legendary Void…. Gurgoh (who I had never heard of). But am now excited…and back in the cycle of payments….thanks Plarium.
