Mother Cybele

Mother Cybele joins the Knight Revenant faction as part of the August 2021 fusion event. This is the second back to back Knight Revenant fusion to be added to Teleria’s growing pool of champions.

Cybele brings the first HP Swap amongst allies however it feels very situational and potentially difficult to use reliably. In addition, Cybele also bring Revive on death and Increase Defence buff but on what appears a long cooldown (books reduce both the A2 and A3 skills). She does have an AoE a1 that can place a Decrease Speed which will be beneficial in Faction Wars and dungeon content, especially when paired with a control set like stun or taunt.

She has some good Turn Meter control bringing 15% on every a1 and a strong 20% Heal when she is revived but much of her kit seems highly conditional.

The niche areas we see Mother Cybele being used for beyond just A1 wave control are Hydra Boss & Clan Boss Phoenix teams, where the team can constantly revive on death up to turn 50 and endgame arena defence teams forcing a heal onto a revive champion on your team.

She is good for Sand Devil because of her Revive on Death ability.
