Samson the Masher

The king of the jungle arrives in Telaria, with the brute force of his double smash, he can make your favourite champions shrivel in their boots ! Samson the Masher is one of the recent additions to the Skinwalkers Faction.

If seeking a hard to kill champion, who brings single target crowd control & decent AOE damage, then Samson is your Gorilla ! His A1 has a 45% chance to Stun single targets, this is not the best of chances, however the Affronted passive gives him a 50% chance to Counter attack targets when hit with strong, normal, or weak hits. This synergy may pay off in go 2nd Arena teams or Doom tower battles as examples. Samson has an Explosive temper, so he attacks all enemies whilst removing all Increase Defense buffs. He will then leap in with an extra hit if killing an enemy, being a conditional hit isn’t ideal, however if successful your enemies may be in trouble !

Beating his chest on his Roar to victory, Samson places a 50% Increase accuracy & Increase crit damage buff for 3 turns on all allies, then grants an extra turn. The increase accuracy is great for removing the Increase Defense buffs from enemies, whilst helping your allies in mitigating the chances of getting resisted, against high resist opposition.

His passive brings self damage mitigation by 20% when receiving damage from critical hits, then will counter attack enemies who do so ! This is good for landing potential Stun Debuffs, whilst giving him the best chance of survival against scary Nukers in Arena. Overall Samson is a solid tanky, damage dealer who is versatile for both PVP & PVE content, but will be extra helpful for players grinding through progression.
