Plarium has dropped the information today regarding the upcoming Fragment Summon, Opardin Clanfather. This event will start on Monday 17th January 2022, as the first fusion of the year… is it what we wanted? Not exactly…

Opardin is a questionable Champion on paper, at least for a Legendary – he really doesn’t compare to last January’s fusion, Iron Brago that’s for sure.

But here’s what Plarium had to say:

Hey folks! On Monday, January 17th, we’re planning to launch a Champion Fragment event with a new Champion – Opardin Clanfather.

Faction – Barbarians
Rarity – Legendary
Type – HP
Affinity – Magic

Opardin Clanfather should become a great addition to the Barbarian Faction that lacks HP/Support Champions. He has a Continuous Heal buff in the skillset that will keep your team alive. And might have some nice synergy with other Champions with this buff. Also, Opardin’s Passive skill will boost an ally’s Turn Meter each time that ally gets healed by Continuous Heal buff.

A1 – Paired Hammers
Attacks 1 enemy 2 times.
Each hit has a 50% chance of decreasing the target’s Turn Meter by 5% and a 50% chance of filling this Champion’s Turn Meter by 5%.

A2 – Rally the Tribe  CD – 4
Attacks all enemies.
Heals all allies by 10% of this Champion’s MAX HP. Heals all allies under [Continuous Heal] buffs by 15% instead.

A3 – Clan Mentor CD – 4
Removes all [Block Buffs] and [Heal Reduction] debuffs from all allies, then places two 15% [Continuous Heal] buffs on all allies for 2 turns. Also has a 75% chance of removing 1 random debuff from all allies.

A4 – Paternal [P]
Each time a [Continuous Heal] buff heals an ally, fills that ally’s Turn Meter by 5%. If there are multiple Champions in the team with this Skill, only one will activate

Pairs very well with Wythir I expect, and decently with Tuhanarak too. Wouldn’t want to face that (and a resser?) as an arena defence…

Him and reflex Bad El? 20% TM boost for the whole team, every turn after each of them take a turn. Passive is absolutely crazy, in my opinion. If he hits hard I think it will be nuts, definitely going for him.

Bad el + Tuhanarak, I must see this passive synergize with both of them ! He’s a must try for me !
