Pain Keeper is a Void rare from the Dark Elves faction. She has a become one of the most sought after rare champions in the game especially if you already own a Maneater. Pain Keeper with Maneater forms a team known as a Budget Maneater Unkillable team that is the easiest way to achieve the highest possible rewards in Nightmare and Ultra Nightmare Clan Boss. To be able to do this you need to study the requirements as the speeds are very specific.
She has also been used in unkillable teams for Iron Twins but you need 3 copies to make it happen!
Outside of Clan Boss Pain Keeper still offers some healing abilities and has a reduce the cooldown of your teams abilities which is fairly rare in Raid: Shadow Legends.

She is great in secret rooms to reset your teams abilities!
