Ruel the Huntmaster Overview
Ruel was fascinated by bugs as he grew to manhood. On one hot afternoon the Dark Elf younglings were allowed to try their first spells of creation. Ruel wasn’t paying attention, instead was focused on the moth that was sleeping on the tree next to him. As the spell of creation rang out Ruel was caught in the mind of moth and slowly they melded into one creature. Luckily for Ruel it brought with it insane strength and WINGS!
Ruel the Huntmaster is a legendary champion from the Dark Elves faction. Ruel the Huntmaster was a fragment fusion legendary for May 2021 and was one of the original Hex debuff champions created! Either alone or paired with another Hex champion like Thea the Tomb Angel this is a massive damage dealer with the capability of destroying waves of enemies in the Arena, dungeons, or Doom Tower. In fact Ruel has one of the hardest AOE hits in the game but it is considered a little awkward to set up.
If used in arena he really benefits from high levels of controlled support such as Kymar or Gurgoh to allow him to shine! His high damage enables him to be useful almost anywhere but is mainly seen in Hydra in end game partnered with Mithrala.

Vile Arrows
Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 50% chance of placing a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns. Transfers a random debuff from this Champion to the target if the target is under a [Hex] debuff.

Attacks all enemies. Places an extra hit on enemies under [Hex] debuffs. Will ignore 25% of each target’s DEF if there are 4 or more enemies are under [Hex] debuffs.

Decreases the SPD of enemies under [Hex] debuffs by 5% and decreases the RES of those enemies by 10%. Also increases the damage enemies under [Hex] debuffs receive by 10% and decreases the value of heals they receive by 30%. These effects do not stack if there are multiple Ruels on the same team.
