Walking Tomb Dreng is Raid Shadow Legends July fusion! He is a Champion Fragment Event a part of the Knight Revenant faction! He has a fantastic kit with an unresisted AOE HP burn!

Walking Tomb Dreng is a champion who can be compared to Ninja who was available through a daily login event in 2021. Many players who have since joined the game are very unhappy that they were not able to get their hands on Ninja. By introducing Walking Tomb Dreg into Raid Shadow Legends, Plarium has opened up the ability for players to get their hands on a champion that most likely has a far greater potential for use in places such as Hydra, Spider & some Doom Tower bosses than Ninja does.
The main parts of his kit are the AOE HP burn ability widely known as the best way to do high levels of damage in the late game for PVE content and a great heal mechanic on his A3 to help your team stay alive.

As Ninja is no longer available in Raid Shadow Legends through shards or events this is one fusion you will not want to miss on your account!

Walking Tomb Dreng looks to be a great fusion for all levels of accounts and he will be fun to play around with!

Is Walking Tomb Dreng worth going for?

We would always recommend going for each and every Fusion, if you’re able to – Walking Tomb Dreng is no different here, AOE HP Burn is something that is always helpful in this game, and his cannot be resisted which is absolutely huge! Walking Tomb Dreng will help any account progress and will see use on many end-game accounts too!

As this is a Fragment Fusion, there are 115 available fragments WITHOUT winning any tournaments, so pick and choose what events suit you best as you can skip up to 15 fragments and still achieve the fusion!

Adjoining Events:

Alongside the Fusion, we will always get 2 Summon Events, one for Summon Rush, and one for Champion Chase Tournament – we will update below when these events are confirmed.

  • On Friday, July 15th, we’re planning to enable Super Raids in the Fire Knight’s Castle.

Day 1:

New Events:
Champion Training Event – 3000/6500 Points – 15 Fragments
Dragon Tournament – 2250 Points – 5 Fragments

The point requirement for this Training Event is quite low, especially after compared to recent fusions.

Make sure you are also levelling your chickens BEFORE feeding them to get the extra points, you can do this easily by just throwing a few brews into the 4*/5* chickens before you use them as food, it will really help you gain your points to make this doable.

Take this time to level up all of your food and 6 star some of the champions you’ve wanted to for a while!

Just like most fusions, today’s tournament will take up to 140 runs of stage 20+ with the worst possible drops (5* Rare gear) – As always the actual amount of required runs may be significantly smaller depending on your luck.

Spacer

Day 2:

New Events:
Classic Arena Takedown – 390 Points – 5 Fragments
Champion Chase Tournament – 750/2500 Points – 15 Fragments

For this, you will need to pull as many shards as you need. You can also do this with mystery shards for 1 point per shard, if you don’t have other shards to use during the event, but remember – champions from the market and campaign will also count towards these points, which can tie in nicely with Champion Training.

This does line up with Void 2x Event, so good luck on your pulls if you have saved any!

As for the Arena Tournament, as always it is quite a passive one, you should be ensuring to use all of your daily battles which should allow you to receive the points for this rare fairly easily, of course, if you’re struggling in the Arena this may prove to be a bit of a challenge, but make sure you are persistent in refreshing your fight page every 15min and taking on fights you know you can win – don’t take unnecessary risks.

Spacer

Day 3:

New Events:
Dungeon Divers Event – 2850 Points – 5 Fragments

This Dungeon Divers requirement is fairly standard and lines up with the currently active Dragon Tournament, and will also be up for the beginning of the Ice Golem Tournament starting Monday, as well as the Champion Training currently. This is a great opportunity to double-dip your rewards and get the most out of your energy!

Spacer

Day 4:

New Events:
Artifact Enhancement Event – 5 Fragments – 3300 Points

To get this event’s Fragments, you’ll require 3300 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.

Artifact Enhancement

1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.

2. The other really good option for these events is doing a good old gear clear-out, rolling things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, selling things that you won’t want to keep, a great guide for this is here.

Spacer

Day 5:

New Events:
Ice Golem Tournament – 2250 Points – 5 Fragments

Much like previous dungeon tournaments in recent Fusions, the point requirement is on the higher end. To earn your Fragments from the Ice Golem Tournament, 2250 points will take around 140 runs of level 20+ based on the worst possible drop rates of only 5* Rare gear.

As always, this may be significantly less based on your luck.

Spacer

Day 7:

New Events:
Champion Training Tournament – 10 Fragments – 3050/5150 Points

The point requirement for this Training Tournament is relatively low, still needs pushing for.

Make sure you are also levelling your chickens BEFORE feeding them to get the extra points, you can do this easily by just throwing a few brews into the 4*/5* chickens before you use them as food, it will really help you gain your points to make this doable.

Take this time to level up all of your food and 6 stars some of the champions you’ve wanted to for a while!

Update: Unfortunately we have been away for several days which made it very hard to keep up with the Fusion Guide so some events may have been missed.

Day 9:

New Events:
Summon Rush – 20 Fragments – 1750/3500 Points
Fire Knight Tournament – 5 Fragments – 2250 Points
Artifact Enhancement Event – 5 Fragments – 4350 Points

For the summon rush it’s time to open your shards! There’s a 10x Running this weekend with some great champions on offer which you can check out here.

To get this event’s Fragments, you’ll require 4350 points in the artifact enhancement event which is a large point requirement compared to usual but there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.

Artifact Enhancement

1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.

2. The other really good option for these events is doing a good old gear clear-out, rolling things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, selling things that you won’t want to keep, and a great guide for this is here.

Finally, for the Fire Knight Tournament, 2250 points will take around 140 runs of level 20+ based on the worst possible drop rates of only 5* Rare gear. This lines up with the currently active Dungeon Divers Event which is a great opportunity to double dip your rewards and get the most out of your energy!

Day 10:

New Events:
Classic Arena Takedown – 5 Fragments – 390 Points

For the Arena Tournament, as always it is quite a passive one, you should be ensuring to use all of your daily battles which should allow you to receive the points for this rare fairly easily, of course, if you’re struggling in the Arena this may prove to be a bit of a challenge, but make sure you are persistent in refreshing your fight page every 15min and taking on fights you know you can win – don’t take unnecessary risks.

I dont love the comparisons to ninja here. The one thing they have in common is burn activation, and his is worse than Ninjas. He does have a AoE hp burn, which is amazing and hes probably the best burner in the game. His heal is also great, this guy is going to help my account late to end game, and is great early to endgame!

I think his kit might actually be better than ninja. Just the A1 alone. Lets take a comp with counter attack and some ally attack. Yeah he doesn’t have any turn meter boosts messing into speed tuned teams and you don’t have to build a load of accuracy. I think he can be absolutely insane if you utilize him. Again his A1 does his most dmg and there are several ways to trigger an a1. But I’ll see once I have him

whilst i see your point, i can see a lot of potential with Counter Attack and Relentless. Pair him with Sicia to go before him who extends the HP burn and you might have yourself a great champ for Hydra with zero requirements for accuracy. just build him tankie and fast and he can pump out millions.

Did i miss something?
“Make sure you are also levelling your chickens BEFORE feeding them to get the extra points, you can do this easily by just throwing a few brews into the 4*/5* chickens before you use them as food”
How is this supposed to work?

Before you feed a level 1, 4 star champ(called chicken here) into your fully leveled 4 star champ you should level him with some brews to level 10 or something to get extra points for the event and then feed him…. Same with artifacts…. Level those to Level 4 at the enhancement event before selling them

i hav been playing for over two years, so i know to lvl food before feeding them to the max lvl champ. :p

What confused me, was that in the first paragraph he talks about “levelling your chickens” and in the next one he talks about “level up all of your food”.

That gave me the impression that it could be possible to also level the “chickens” themself.
RSL would not be the first game where you can lvl up or even upgrade chickens/food to higher levels/tiers.

Does this only have an effect at higher levels? Because I had not noticed this and just tested with two star to three star. Food at level 1 was 15 points. Food at level 20 was 15 points.

Just tried with 3 star to 4 star. First with three level 1 3 star food. 50 points. Then with three level 30 three star food. Also 50 points.

You still get the same points for the ranking up (from 3 star to 4 star let’s say). But you also got the points for leveling the 3 star before feeding. So, if you level 3 x 3 stars to level 11, you get 3 x 22 = 66 extra points, on top of the 50 points for ranking up.
I believe level 11 is optimal for 3 stars, I would recommend against leveling to 30 before feeding. Hope that makes sense.

I’m at under 120 days in game and I play every quest and mission every day. I’ve spent under $500 on the game and can’t spend much more! I don’t feel as if I can even complete half of this fusion event. Is that a fair assessment for amount of days playing this game?

In short, no, fusions are just about planning for them. Hellhades got the last fusion on his FREE to PLAY account that is less than 6 months old with $0 spent and lots of free-to-play players still do them. They are not easy but if you plan ahead you can usually do it.

Fusions (and the rest of the game can be played free or with minimal spending (like the gem pack that is a nice cheap bonus). 120 days in, you should have a roster able to do at least the lvl 11-20 dungeons (that is needed for fusion, have saved shards from everywhere (Clan boss mainly) and gear to cleanse with the dungeons and the forge… 120 days in, fusions are totally doable F2P if you plan it ahead. The big mistake is spending all your ressources quickly and never been able to complete anything.
Start with the basics, where are you on CB, what are your dungeons team and do you wait for fusions to spull shards.
Normally, fusions are doable at 120 days in

My account is ~130 days old and I’m a very low spender (~$75 lifetime, none in the last 2 months), and this will be the third fusion in a row I’ll be doing. It’s all about prepping: get your food ready but don’t use it until the fusion, don’t pull shards except for a fusion, make sure you are focusing on clan boss so you get the best rewards possible. Once you get into good habits it’s really not super hard to pull off.

The hardest part of doing fusions as a Free to Play or very low pay player is the Summon Rush event, followed closely by the Champion Chase. The latter requires you to get new champions in any way, while the latter is purely based on the shards you use. If you don’t have shards saved up, those will be your downfall.

Aside from Mystery Shards, I usually hoard my shards for these events, particularly when one of them comes up during a 2x event at the same time.

My account is about a week old f2p and I’m currently on pace with the fragments from every event so far.. in all fairness, I started with ~1600 energy just from the typical leveling a new account stuff.. and I have yet to touch the 999 promo energy….. yet lol…. it might start to get sketchy as I’m pretty low on resources as is.. I don’t think I’ll get the 2nd frag set from champion chase and I don’t see summon rush going my way at all lol. If you think it can’t be possible, just remember lower level content requires significantly less energy.. I’ve been farming 12-3 Hard since day 4 of my account and it’s only very slightly less energy efficient than 12-3 brutal.. also doing stage 7 dungeons costs 10 energy and nets you mostly 4* rare artifacts with plenty of 5* mixed in.. so energy efficiency isn’t far off if at all from farming stage 20+

I am on day 93
I have only bought a starter pack for 30 bucks (for a cross app special offer) a 10 buck energy pack (waste of money) one gem pack for 10 bucks and the first forge pass for 20 bucks. That’s 70 bucks which probably places me at an equivalent of 120-150 days F2P (comparing myself to the HellHades F2P, I am still a decent bit behind)

I completed Helicath and wasn’t prepared for this Fragment *at all* I am currently on 50 fragments and the only event that kind of scares me is the Summon Rush (I only have 2 Sacreds and 14 Ancients, I will probably buy 22 – 33 Ancients with gems and then literally pull 1000 Mysteries)

I am fairly confident that I am going to complete this Fragment. So no, at 120 days and medium spending you can absolutely do this Fragment if you know how to play efficiently.

A few good tips for these fusion events are, to save up as many resources as you can as soon as you decide you want to try it. Personally, I do this with CVC every 2 weeks so usually have some laying around. Be careful on champion chase and Summon rush. Don’t use shards until it’s necessary and don’t panic, but at the same time watch your points and make sure you have enough time to complete them. This video is full of good tips and mistakes to avoid. Good Luck raiders!

Compared to Helicath, this Fragment Event has been a cakewalk. Only spent $20 on this for a daily energy pack.
6-star-Ranked up the 2nd half of my arena team during the two Champion Training tourneys. Leveling-before-feeding rocketed me to #1 in the tourney and nabbed the Epic book, first day.
7 Sacreds alone will cement the 20 pts in Summon Rush, and if I DO finish 1st/2nd in Champ Training, I’ll get to avoid Fire Knight, Spider, and last Dungeon Divers + Artifact Grind.
Life in Raid, when listening to HH, is good.

Whoa just caught Stag Knight and Geomancer while finishing Summon Rush (6 Sacreds, 3 Voids, 7 Ancients). Now Drexthar can take his time showing up. 90-day account still needs 43 days to get Drex, and Geo will make that waiting period be a warm breeze.

Think as a f2p, conservation of shards and getting at least to nightmare clan boss is imperative. I’ve just completed the fusion but haven’t fused him yet because of the clan v clan this Tuesday. The x10 was spectacular for the voids …… not usually that lucky. Store your mystery shards for the shard opening events….I opened 2400…. V painful but points are points. Hellhades YouTube vids have helped me a lot re champion training, esp partly levelling up champs before feeding them
