Skill 1 – Pseudocode

Deals 260% damage to a single target and grants 1 stack of Backup.

Backup: When an ally with a debuff takes action, a stack is consumed to purify all debuffs from them and apply a Data Stream stack. Stacks up to 6 and cannot be dispelled.
