Gray Animus Spotlight
Thunderbolt Gray is the first character many players receive in Etheria: Restart—and he’s far more than just a starter unit. Built with a strong mix of AoE damage, crit support, and defense break, Gray is a versatile support-DPS who remains relevant well into endgame. If you’re looking for someone who can jumpstart your team’s offensive momentum, Gray delivers consistency, utility, and solid damage output all in one.
In this Article, we are going to be breaking down the best ways to utilize Gray, and how to gear her for the best possible results.

Electro Surge (Skill 1)
A single-target hit for 250% damage. On a critical hit, Gray gains 25% strike prep, helping him cycle his turns faster. This encourages building high crit rate and plays directly into his self-sustaining rotation.
Thunderous Roar (Skill 2)
Grants 2 turns of Crit Rate Up to all allies and immediately gives Gray an extra turn. Since his AI always opens with this, it’s an automatic way to set your team up for early damage. It also ensures his next moves, especially his ultimate, have a high crit chance.
Lightning Speed (Skill 3)
A powerful AoE strike that deals 220% damage. On crit, it adds 120% bonus damage and applies a 2-turn Defense Break. With the built-in crit synergy from Skill 2, you’ll be triggering the full value of this skill often.
