Sania Animus Spotlight

Virtuous Maiden Sania is one of the most reliable support units in Etheria: Restart, offering incredible passive healing, cleansing, and revival.

Her kit revolves around rotating quickly and scaling off max HP, making her a must-have for any long-term content like PvE progression, boss fights, and even PvP sustain comps. If you’re looking for a true defensive anchor for your team, Sania is it.

In this Article, we are going to be breaking down the best ways to utilize Sania, and how to gear her for the best possible results.

Skill Analysis

Skill 1: Twine Dance

Deals 240% damage to a single enemy and increases Sania’s strike prep by 30%.

This boosts her turn cycle, allowing more frequent passive healing and skill usage.

Passive: Dewy Essence

At the end of her turn, heals the two lowest-HP allies for 16% of her max HP and cleanses one debuff. Healing is further increased by 1% for every 1% HP Sania is missing.

This is one of the strongest passive healing mechanics in the game, scaling with her bulk and rewarding frequent turns.

Skill 3: Forest Heart

Heals a target for 20% of their max HP, applies All-Powerful Protection, and can revive a fallen ally. If used for a revival, the cooldown is increased by 1 extra turn.

  • All-Powerful Protection: Increases max HP by 20%, stacks up to 3 times, and cannot be dispelled.

This creates huge scaling potential and is incredible for keeping squishier teammates alive longer.

  • Lv5: Boosts strike prep to 30%

How to Build Sania

Set Recommendations:

  • Swift Rush – +35% Speed (12-piece)
  • Wellspring – +45% HP (12-piece)
  • Strive – +10% DEF & +10% strike prep after taking damage (8-piece)
  • Colossguard – +25% DEF & +20% Effect RES (6-piece)
  • Swift Raid (endgame) – +15% Speed & +20% ATK (6-piece)

Stat Priorities

Main Stats:

  • HP %
  • HP %
  • Effect RES or HP % (early game)

Sub Stats to Look For:

  • Speed
  • HP
  • DEF
  • Effect RES

Sania’s effectiveness is entirely tied to her HP pool. More turns = more healing and cleansing, so speed is equally crucial.

Shell Recommendations

These Shells work best to boost Sania’s healing frequency and overall survivability:

  • Unbridled Science – +30% strike prep after action
  • Reason / Teacher Owl – Increases healing or defense
  • Diamond Heart / Mermaid Princess – Cleansing and HP sustain
  • Electro Squid / Gigabyte – Turn cycling
  • Alicorn / Blizzard – Debuff cleanse, sustain, or HP boost
  • Supernova – Adds extra strike prep
  • Codex of Magic – Makes her next skill have no cooldown (amazing for revive clutch)

Pros and Cons

Pros:

  • Always-active passive healing tied to HP scaling
  • Cleanses debuffs every turn passively
  • Can revive one ally, one of only two Animus with revive
  • Applies All-Powerful Protection, scaling max HP up to 60% and cannot be dispelled
  • Perfect for PvP sustain and PvE progression

Cons:

  • Revive only affects one unit and has a long cooldown
  • No damage output or offensive support—her full value is defensive
  • In longer fights requiring multiple revives, her kit can’t keep up alone

Still, what she brings is consistent and essential to survivability.
