Mizusumi Aya Animus Overview
Mizusumi Aya is a high-impact support Animus with a kit that delivers healing, cleansing, cooldown manipulation, and team-wide turn meter boosts. She excels in keeping your team moving and healthy, making her a key enabler for both PvE and PvP content where tempo control is crucial.
Her Echoing Currents skill deals single-target damage with a chance to reduce her own skill cooldowns, which helps her cycle abilities faster. Whirling Vortex, her passive, cleanses a debuff and restores HP to all allies at the start of each turn—even when Aya is under Crowd Control—making it one of the most reliable sources of ongoing cleanse and sustain. Her ultimate, Sound Guide, increases the Turn Meter+ of all allies and reduces the skill cooldowns of both Animus and Shells by 1 turn. Additionally, if an ally dies while it’s on cooldown, its CD is reduced by 2 turns. If it’s not on cooldown, Aya gains Turn Meter+.
Aya’s value skyrockets in longer battles or those with heavy debuffs and cooldown pressure. She’s particularly potent in teams focused on fast cycling and survival, and her synergy with Shells like Jackal Guard or matrix sets that enhance Turn Meter+ and healing make her extremely flexible. In endgame PvE or tactical RTA, Mizusumi Aya is shaping up to be a top-tier utility core.
