Massive Developer Announcement
The Final Test for Etheria: Restart has officially wrapped, and wow—what a ride it’s been! Over 200,000 Hyperlinkers jumped into the action, creating waves across YouTube and Discord. Thousands of content creators lit up the internet with Etheria videos, while more than 20,000 fans joined the official Discord community to share feedback, ideas, and excitement. The energy was electric—and the developers are already putting all that feedback to good use.
With the official launch just around the corner on June 5, the team at XD Entertainment is making a bold push to empower free-to-play players. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest changes and what’s coming next!
Massive Summon Buff: Targeted Pity Reduced to 80 Pulls

Let’s start with the big news. The pity threshold for Targeted Summon pools is dropping from 100 pulls to 80 pulls. This includes both Constant and Disorder (L/D) Animus units!
That means if you’ve been grinding for that one specific SSR, you’ll now need 20% fewer pulls to secure them. It’s a huge win for everyone, especially free-to-play players looking to build a powerful roster without relying solely on luck.
Anima Exchange Tokens Coming to the RTA Shop

Another massive quality-of-life change is headed to the Summit Arena (RTA)—the introduction of Anima Exchange Tokens in the Etherena shop.
Now, players can redeem tokens earned in PvP for Anima, making it possible to get more powerful heroes simply by battling it out in the arena. This directly addresses player feedback around the accessibility of Anima for free-to-play users. The RTA shop just became a lot more important, so get your competitive squads ready!
Level 30 = Bonus Anima Tokens in Growth Boost Events
As part of the revamped Growth Boost event, hitting Level 30 will now reward players with Anima Exchange Tokens.
This change gives newer players more reason to push progression and gives veterans a valuable bonus for continuing to engage with event content. It’s an elegant way to reward time investment and reduce friction in hero collection.
Community Feedback Addressed: Gender Ratio and Anima Use in RTA

The devs didn’t just tweak systems—they listened to the community loud and clear.
Character Gender Ratio
Some players raised concerns about the gender distribution of characters. The dev team responded with clarity: new characters of all genders are on the way. The goal is to create a rich, diverse world of recognizable and uniquely charming characters. Whether you’re into fierce warriors, graceful spellcasters, or offbeat oddballs—Etheria’s got more on the way.
Anima in RTA (Dupes)? It Works!
There was some confusion during the Final Test about whether Anima effects were active in Summit Arena (RTA). The answer? Yes, absolutely!
The devs apologized for not communicating this sooner and reassured players that Anima is effective in all current gameplay modes, including PvP. Plus, with the new ways to earn Anima Exchange Tokens, everyone will be better equipped to take advantage of their full potential.
Hyper Talk Episode 2 Coming End of May
Want even more details? Hyper Talk Episode 2 is airing at the end of May, and it’s going to be packed.
Expect coverage of:
- More community feedback and developer responses
- Sneak peeks at new characters

The devs are leaning into transparency and community connection—and honestly, it’s refreshing to see.
