We recommend starting with the permanent summon banner. Why? It gives you a chance to build a broader pool before committing to a specific character via target summons. But don’t hold onto that target summon ticket for too long—use it strategically to plug gaps in your core trio once you know what you have.

Don’t sleep on SRs! These units bring a ton of value and will be foundational to your early teams.

1. Marvell
We think Marvell is the most impactful SR in the game. Sure, he gets countered in PvP, but in PvE? He’s a beast.

2. Dinah
With [DEF-], [Vulnerable], and [Erosion], Dinah turbo-charges your team’s damage. She’s essentially a budget Kloss with insane upside.

3. Kraken & Chiaki the Echo
Perfect for controlling tempo in RTA or PvE. The [Freeze] from Kraken is incredibly impactful and Chiaki the Echo even grants turn meter boosts and cooldown reduction—yes, from an SR!

4. Valerian & Sania
If you need support options, both are fantastic. Valerian is strong support pick with [Shield], heal over time [HoT], and [Invincibility]—great for teams that don’t run Tiamat. Sania’s purify, revive, and team protection make her ideal for draft PvP.

While everyone chases flashy modules like Swift Rush or Onslaught, we’re going to hammer home one key truth:

“Shells give guaranteed base stat increases—Speed, HP, Attack—that scale your entire kit.”

Investing early in your shell sets like Black Flag, Twilight Knight, Blizzard, and others is absolutely crucial. These are your foundation for scaling into module multipliers.

Plus, with shells offering guaranteed stats versus the RNG-heavy module rolls, you’re getting more reliable power per stamina spent.

Here’s what to grind early:

• Terrormaton – For key damage gear.
• DokiDoki – Secondary priority, especially once you’re geared from Terrormaton.
• GP Outpost – For skill upgrades, a major power spike.
• Two-Time Events – Save stamina pots for double loot events, especially during module or coin boosts.

Avoid wasting time farming pure XP. Stick to value-efficient routes that boost your base stats and unlock essential passives.

The devs aren’t just throwing random units at you—characters like Lian, Gray, Dorothy, and Sybil were handpicked to synergize with Terrormaton and DokiDoki content. Each one brings value:

Lian = Solid damage dealer

Gray = [DEF-] and [Crit Rate+] buff

Dorothy = Healer

Sybil = Speed buff and more damage based on enemy missing HP
