Virgil can be an amazing choice in your arena team, if you build him with high speed and focus, he will be able to go first – silence the entire enemy team, allowing you to take your turns and nuke through them, enemies who are affected by Silence will only be able to use their default ability.

Outside of this, Virgil is not going to see a huge amount of use, but he is fantastic for this one specific area.
