Season 01 for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone launches on November 14th. With new maps like Hideout and Extraction in Black Ops, alongside the new Area 99 map in Warzone, there’s plenty to explore. Season 01 is set to bring a ton of fresh content to Zombies mode in Black Ops 6, and fans are buzzing about the upcoming map, Citadel des Morts. This dark, eerie fortress will drop in mid season, likely in early December, and the map’s already fuelling a lot of speculation. Players are expecting some intense close quarters gameplay and even a new enemy type rumoured to stalk the dark halls of the fortress.

In addition to Citadel des Morts, Season 01 is packed with extras to keep the undead grind fresh across all maps. New tools like an extra Perk-A-Cola, Field Upgrade, and Ammo Mod are confirmed, each with six unique Augments to unlock, giving players more options to fine tune their loadouts. Fans of GobbleGums will be excited for three new flavours, plus there’s a new craftable Hand Cannon support weapon and new Wonder Weapons to experiment with. Also, there will be a Directed Mode for Liberty Falls and Terminus that will be available at launch.

Season 01 of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 brings five maps and one remixed classic. Right from the start, players can jump into Hideout, , Extraction and Heirloom. Later in the season, the Racket map will be added, along with the return of the popular Hacienda and a holiday themed Nuketown map.

Players can dive into game modes like Resurgence, Battle Royale, and Plunder, with Battle Royale ranked play and limited time modes added throughout the season.

The integration of Black Ops 6 brings an updated Loadout System, offering a dedicated melee, wildcard, new perks, and access to over 170 weapons from past titles. Gameplay gets an upgrade, too, with features like Omnimovement, emotes, a simplified inventory, and a refined Progression and Prestige system. Additionally, the ‘Pick 3’ System lets players start with three active Perks, with up to six more to discover in game.
