Wishbinder Event – Who Should You Pick?

The Wishbinder event gives you a rare opportunity to select one of three powerful units — but making the wrong choice can slow your progression in Etheria: Restart. Each option brings unique strengths, so your decision should be based on whether you’re prioritising PvE clears or PvP dominance.

Here’s a breakdown of what each character offers, where they shine, and how they rank for different content.

Tsukiyo Mi – Speed Control & Cooldown Reduction

Tsukiyo Mi is one of the most flexible and high-value supports in the game. Her kit offers:

  • 100% turn meter boost to an ally + self 35% boost
  • Attack up & Speed up buffs
  • AoE Silence
  • Cooldown reduction for both Animus and Shell skills
  • DEF-scaling, making her tanky while boosting DPS rotations

She excels in both PvE and PvP:

  • Used in Dokidoki, Aurora, and Shell dungeons (including sub-30-second clears in Niconana)
  • Works with top-tier PvP carries thanks to her speed control and buffing
  • Acts as a budget Lily for team cycling

PvE Pick Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
PvP Pick Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kloss – PVE Utility and Damage Enabler

Kloss is a PvE powerhouse thanks to her unique Hacking in Progress debuff:

  • Increases enemy damage taken by up to 25%
  • Reduces enemy damage dealt by up to 40%
  • Cannot be purified
  • Brings turn meter redistribution and crowd manipulation

She thrives in Terrormaton, Dokidoki, and multiple Threshold bosses (Sharon, Shadowflame Hoyan, Rengokutsu), and she’s an excellent enabler for damage-focused teams. While she can work in PvP, her real value is in PvE — especially where attribute disadvantage isn’t an issue.

PvE Pick Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
PvP Pick Rating: ⭐⭐☆☆☆

Veronika – PvP Disruption & Death Prevention

Veronika’s rework brought her back into relevance, especially in PvP:

  • Buff steal (80% chance to strip all buffs from a target)
  • Buff spread (100% chance to share her buffs to allies)
  • Soul Ward (AoE death prevention effect)
  • Party-wide shields based on her HP
  • Attack break and self turn meter gain on hit

In PvE, she’s valuable for Terrormaton clears and as one of the few reliable buff strippers alongside Holden, Viper, and Heinrich. In PvP, her ability to flip fights by stealing key buffs makes her dangerous in high-end play.

PvE Pick Rating: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆
PvP Pick Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Final Advice

For PvE Priority:

  • Kloss
  • Tsukiyo Mi
  • Veronika

For PvP Priority:

  • Tsukiyo Mi
  • Veronika
  • Kloss

If you’re still building your PvE roster, Kloss and Tsukiyo Mi will open the most doors for progression. If you already have your PvE teams set and want to climb Arena, Tsukiyo Mi and Veronika are the stronger picks. All three units have strong niches, so base your choice on your current roster gaps.
