WHY DO LEVEL 30 PLAYERS GET WORSE REWARDS
So that they won’t get an really huge headdstart. it takes a maximum of 2 weeks to get past level 30, so if they were to get crazy rewards that would be – well, crazy. I got a Yumeko out of one of the void shards, so yeah, thats why.
