Chalco the Blind Overview

This demonized toad ensnares his prey with a bottomless maw, forever hungry for the souls of his enemies. Despite his blindness, Chalco hones in on his targets with razor sharp senses, using his fiery wings and blades to unleash relentless pain on any who dare challenge him. Chalco the Blind is an Attack champion from the Demonspawn Faction.

Beyond his role as a damage dealer, Chalco brings powerful effects for various content, along with a passive that punishes enemies who attempt to crowd control him. His A2 is a double hitting attack that applies Block Passive Skills and Decrease Defence to a target before spreading all their debuffs to all enemies. This ability effectively shuts down champions reliant on strong passives while ensuring debuffs are spread to all targets. Additionally, if Chalco kills the target, he gains an Extra Turn, allowing him to lead into other active skills.

His A3 grants himself a 50% Increase Accuracy buff before reducing the duration of enemy buffs and applying Decrease Speed. A damage dealer who can boost their own Accuracy is valuable for handling resist heavy encounters, while the buff removal and speed reduction make him a strong option against bosses like Hydra. Chalco’s A1 becomes even more powerful the more debuffs his target has, ignoring an additional 5% defence on top of the base 10% for each debuff present. This skill is especially effective against bosses like The Dark Fae and Fire Knight, as he can steal 10% Turn Meter and, when paired with his Decrease Speed, further slows them down.

Lastly, enemies attempting to crowd control Chalco will regret it, as he is not only immune to many effects but also instantly activates his A2 whenever an attempt is made. This allows him to immediately apply Block Passive Skills and Decrease Defence while spreading debuffs, without putting the skill on cooldown. Additionally, his damage increases across all skills based on the number of debuffs placed by himself or an ally, stacking up to 50%. However, this bonus resets each time he takes a turn, making strategic timing crucial to maximizing his damage potential.

Cleanser

Champions with the Cleanser role will use their skills to remove debuffs and keep them from being re-applied.

Crowd Control

Champions with the Crowd Control role will use their skills to place soft (i.e. Provoke or Taunt) and hard (i.e Freeze or Stun) debuffs to disable enemy champions.

Damage

Champions with the Damage role will have skills that deal significant damage and are designed to defeat enemy champions.

Damage Absorption

Champions with the Damage Absorption role will have skills or effects that reduce the incoming damage your team takes. This can be through passive damage reduction or by applying skills such as Strengthen or Shields.

Healer

Champions with the Healer role will have skills that restore your champion's Health including Continuous Heals.

Debuffer

Champions with the Debuffer role will have skills that place debuffs that don't fall into Crowd Control or Skill Manipulator roles i.e. Decrease Defence. These champions may also have skills that remove Buffs.

Revive

Champions with the Revive role will have skills that bring your ally champions back from the dead including Revive on Death buffs.

Skill Manipulator

Champions with the Skill Manipulator role will have skills that increase enemy skill cooldowns or reduce your ally skill cooldowns.

Speed Manipulator

Champions with the Speed Manipulator role will have skills that affect the turn meter of your allies or enemies. This includes speed buffs and debuffs aswell as direct turn meter effects.
