Yncensa Grail-bearer is a powerful Sylvan Watchers support who brings rare AoE Decrease DEF and Weaken that ignore Block Debuffs, alongside unique Poison Cloud protection and strong speed-based sustain, making her impactful across both PvE and PvP.

They say that a great mystic dwells deep in the forests of the Mistwood protecting its borders from outsiders. Legends tell of a mastery of the arcane powers capable of summoning the most powerful spells of protection on their allies. With the threats rising, this secretive mystic now walks amongst those who would do her beloved forest harm. Yncensa Grail-bearer is a Void Legendary Support champion from the Sylvan Watchers Faction.

Prepare for your enemies to crumble under Yncensa Grail-bearer’s might. Opening with the Malignant Growth [A3], she unleashes an attack on enemies, then places Decrease Defence & Weaken Debuffs for 2 turns, which ignores Block Debuffs. This makes her a formidable champion for most battles, as not many options can place these effects as an AOE skill. The ability to Ignore Block Debuffs is strong against champions such as Duchess in Arena, or simply if buffs are stolen & spread by the Head of Mischief [as examples]. Yncensa is the first champion in Raid that can place a Poison Cloud on targets, which only the Head of Blight has previously been able to place. If you can place this buff on all of your allies, synergising it with buff extenders will be devastating for your foe, as you will convert incoming attacks to weak hits… Although if you’re under HP Burn it will neutralize the effect. The champion’s targeted with the A2 will also gain an Increase Speed & two Continuous Heal buffs, then fills their Turn Meter by 50%!

Yncensa Grail-bearer’s combination of Debuffs and Buffs, coupled with her ability to utilise default ally attacks, makes her an invaluable asset in both PVE and PVP scenarios. Whether that be taking on enemies in Arena, or supporting your team in Hydra, her effects hold universal value.

Understanding Arena Roles

Champions normally form specific roles within an arena team. Our ratings define the roles that the champion fits and rates them on their ability to perform the roles. Below you can see a breakdown of all of our roles.

Cleanser

Champions with the Cleanser role will use their skills to remove debuffs and keep them from being re-applied.

Crowd Control

Champions with the Crowd Control role will use their skills to place soft (i.e. Provoke or Taunt) and hard (i.e Freeze or Stun) debuffs to disable enemy champions.

Damage

Champions with the Damage role will have skills that deal significant damage and are designed to defeat enemy champions.

Damage Absorption

Champions with the Damage Absorption role will have skills or effects that reduce the incoming damage your team takes. This can be through passive damage reduction or by applying skills such as Strengthen or Shields.

Healer

Champions with the Healer role will have skills that restore your champion's Health including Continuous Heals.

Debuffer

Champions with the Debuffer role will have skills that place debuffs that don't fall into Crowd Control or Skill Manipulator roles i.e. Decrease Defence. These champions may also have skills that remove Buffs.

Revive

Champions with the Revive role will have skills that bring your ally champions back from the dead including Revive on Death buffs.

Skill Manipulator

Champions with the Skill Manipulator role will have skills that increase enemy skill cooldowns or reduce your ally skill cooldowns.

Speed Manipulator

Champions with the Speed Manipulator role will have skills that affect the turn meter of your allies or enemies. This includes speed buffs and debuffs aswell as direct turn meter effects.
