Twitter AMA with Hydra’s Head of Decay!

The 6th and final head of the Hydra boss hijacked Plarium’s Twitter account today and hosted an AMA about all things Hydra Clan Boss!

Do we need clan boss keys? Or will there be a new way/key?

• There will be special Hydra Keys

Will we be able to get Fragments, specifically Brogni?

• Fragments = Hot
• Brogni = Cold

What rewards should we expect from beating Hydra?

• You will get rewards after the boss reset, but the extra juicy rewards will be Hydra Chests

Will new heads spawn when you kill one?

• Well, if you manage to decapitate a head, another will grow back

What about the affinity of the head? Randomized every time or like CB?

• There will be different Hydra Rotations, that switch out each Head’s Affinity

Do we need 1 team per head or 1 team for the whole fight?

• Briefly: You fight the Hydra pretty much like you fight the Clan Boss

Will you appear daily or only be open once a week?

• Not on a daily basis, but no more spoilers 😉

Will you kick out the old clan boss, or do you get your own domain?

• Oh no, we are going to coexist happily

How many heads are there?

• You’ll be fighting 4 at once, but, while there are only 4 heads in the fight at a time, there are 6 Heads total, and the other two Heads are waiting on the side-lines

New legendary champion fragments will be part of the loot from Hydra?

• (*Dramatic Pause*)

How do you feel about unkillable teams?

• Soft Target

When do we get to kill you?

• Kill me? Hah, I’m an immortal Soul

What kind of abilities do you have?

• “And then I restore 50% of the MAX HP of any enemy Champions whose MAX HP has been decreased. It’s just A1. As for A2, well, I remove all debuffs from all Heads, then fill the Turn Meters of all Heads by 30%.”

We know what happens when other heads get decapitated, but what about you? What bonus do you give us?

• Yahoo! Finally a question about me!
  Whenever this head is decapitated, heals all enemy Champions by 30% of their MAX HP, then restores 50% of the MAX HP of any enemy Champions whose MAX HP has been decreased.

Will you drop clan coins from your chests, or some new set like your friend Demon Lord does?

• Well, aside from the obvious things like Clan Gold, Clan XP, there will be some serious rewards.

Will we see more love for ATK Based champions, CB seems to be dominated by HP and DEF champs unless it’s an unkillable comp?

• What I can say right now; each Head is so unique, you won’t be able to use the same tricks every time.

Will there be multiple difficulties like there are with Doom Tower and Clan Boss?

• Yup. 4 types of difficulty.
