Why is Apothecary so valuable in Raid Shadow Legends
Who is Apothecary and what are his abilities?
Apothecary is a High Elves magic affinity rare. He is notorious for his speed and healing, it’s because of this we believe he is a top 3 rare.
He has a 3 hit A1 which is good for clan boss, when he hits 3 times he has 3 chances for giant slayer to proc.
His A2 when booked has a 2 turn cooldown, he heals 1 ally by 35% of their hp and has a chance to be a critical heal.
His 3 turn cooldown A3 places a 30% of increase speed on all Ally’s for 2 turns and fills all ally’s turn meter by 15%.
His aura is brilliant for dungeons as it increase ally defense by 21%.
Where can I get Apothecary?
Apothecary, like most champions, can only be summoned at the portal, specifically with mystery and ancient shards. So if you have your sights set on him, best get to pulling and keeping your fingers crossed.
Why is Apothecary so strong?
Apothecary is a great all-round champion, and he is able to be used in every area of the game, at nearly every level of the game.
He has good base levels of speed, hp and defense, because of this you can build good levels of stats with pretty average gear, his aura also brings in an added layer of defense which is really good for early progression in dungeons.
He is just a great support to help you get through content, speeding up your team and keeping your squishy damage dealers topped up.
Who replaces him in team:
In terms of replacing him in clan boss, you’d replace him when building a speed tuned team, either with unkillable champs or a counter attacker such as
Martyr, Valkyrie, Skullcrusher, Maneater, Sir Nick, Tower and Warcaster
When looking to replace him as an arena booster you’d be looking to swap to something with a speed aura such as Gorgorab or Arbiter however he can still work very well as a secondary booster alongside these champions, he will just no longer be your ‘fastest’ champion.
For replacing Apothecary’s healing, there are many options which we will cover in a future article, but some key mentions would be Sethalia, Bad-El Kazar and Raglin.

I’m having trouble finding any one champion to replace him with but why should I since I’m very happy with his performance in both of his specialties.
