Champion Rebalance – Harvest Jack & Lugan
Plarium has announced two major Legendary rebalances, targeting two true OGs of RAID: Harvest Jack and Lugan the Steadfast.
Both Champions have been part of the roster for years. Over time, power creep pushed them aside, and many left them sitting dormant in vaults across Teleria. Their kits felt dated, and newer releases offered stronger control, damage, and utility.
This update aims to correct that. Harvest Jack doubles down on buff control and Fear pressure, with cleaner mechanics and stronger turn cycling. Lugan keeps his defensive core but gains real offensive presence and a Passive that rewards Shield-based teams.
If you own either of these long-standing Champions, this rebalance gives them a real reason to return to your builds.
Harvest Jack Rebalance

Harvest Jack stays true to his control theme, but now he hits harder and disrupts more reliably.
Stronger Buff Steal and Fear Control
Harvest of Fear now has a 50% chance per hit to steal a random buff. Each hit also carries a 50% chance to place Fear for one turn. If the target has no active buffs, the Fear chance jumps to 100%.
This change removes the old condition tied to stolen buffs and makes his control far more consistent.
Full Buff Strip and Extra Turn
Dreams to Ash now attacks all enemies and removes all buffs from each target. It then places a 50% Decrease ATK and Block Buffs on all enemies for two turns. After that, Harvest Jack gains an Extra Turn.
The skill no longer converts specific buffs into Poison. Instead, it acts as a full team reset tool. The Extra Turn lets him chain straight into another control move.
Longer True Fear and More Turn Meter Control
Lord of Terror still attacks all enemies with a 75% chance to place True Fear. The duration increases to two turns. If True Fear lands, it reduces each target’s Turn Meter by 30%.
If True Fear fails, the skill now places an irresistible Sleep for one turn and still reduces Turn Meter by 30%. This makes the skill reliable crowd control in Arena and on wave content.
Improved Passive and New Aura
His Passive now has a 50% chance to reduce the duration of all buffs on an attacker when any ally gets hit. If Harvest Jack is attacked, the chance rises to 100%. He is now immune to Fear.
He also gains a new Aura that increases Ally ACC in all battles by 70.
Overall, Harvest Jack becomes a true anti-buff specialist. He strips, blocks, fears, and cycles quickly with Extra Turns.

Lugan the Steadfast Rebalance

Lugan keeps his identity as an HP-based protector, but he now adds pressure and damage.
Added Stun and Counter Utility
Crushing Blow still heals allies by 25% of the damage dealt. It now has a 50% chance to place Stun for one turn. When counterattacking, it ignores 20% of the target’s DEF. The damage multiplier increases as well.
This gives Lugan real threat on his default skill.
Stronger Team Protection
Bodyguard now places a 60% Increase DEF on Lugan, a 50% Ally Protection, and a Shield equal to 30% of his MAX HP on all allies for two turns.
The added team-wide Shield makes him far more durable in sustained fights.
Buff Control and Defense Ignore
Mark of Silence now decreases the duration of all enemy buffs by two turns with an 80% chance. It also places Block Active Skills for two turns at the same rate.
If Lugan has a Shield, the skill ignores 25% of each target’s DEF. The cooldown drops to three turns, and the damage multiplier increases.
New Passive: Stoic Solidarity
His new Passive triggers when an enemy attacks an ally under a Shield buff. Lugan counterattacks with his default skill.
His damage increases by 10% for each active buff on allies that he placed. This rewards proper timing and team setup.
Lugan now blends protection with steady damage and control. He fits well in Arena defense and longer PvE fights where Shield uptime stays high.
