Champion Spotlight: Arbiter

Arbiter is by far the most “game-changing” champion that you can pick up in Raid Shadow Legends. This is because she has the ability to transform your team’s ability to win arena and complete stages that you are struggling on in the game.

Arbiter is obtained by completing the mission questline and serves as a good indication that you are leaving the “mid-game” and moving into the higher stages of the game.

There is a lot of controversy over the Arbiter questline as there is a lot of opinions that to obtain Arbiter, you almost need Arbiter to get into Gold 4 for the questline. This issue goes to show how important Arbiter becomes in speed teams and why she is so sought after by players that are yet to complete the quests.

For a “standard” Arbiter she is also extremely easy to build, you just want to focus on putting the fastest gear available on your account and let her work her magic.

She’s a fantastic skill set and will walk into most people’s teams for Arena and Dungeons and stay there right through to the end game.

Arbiter has one of the best speed auras in the game for the Arena and is often considered the best speed lead in the game for Arena gameplay. She also has a full team revive, turn meter boost and heal which enables her to be an asset in Ice Golem, Dragon, Fire Knight and Faction Wars.

Clan boss is her weakest area however she can still be effective here with a weaken debuff and full team revive.

Overall a fantastic Void Legendary and well worth investing in and if you do not understand why, just wait until you get her!

Gaze of Justice [ATK]

Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 30% chance of placing a 25% Weaken debuff for 2 turns.
Level 2: Damage +10%
Level 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%

Damage Multiplier: 1.8 ATK

Enforced Humility [ATK]

Cooldown: 4 turns
Attacks all enemies 1 time. Has a 75% chance of decreasing the duration of all enemy buffs by 1 turn.
Level 2: Damage +10%
Level 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +15%

Damage Multiplier: 2.2 ATK

Mentor of Heroes

Cooldown: 4 turns
Fills the Turn Meters of all allies by 30% and places a 50% Increase ATK buff on all allies for 2 turns. Heals all allies by 25% of their MAX HP if they have less than 50% HP.
Level 2: Cooldown -1

Destiny’s Call

Cooldowns: 7 turns
Revives all dead allies to 35% HP, then fills the Turn Meters of all allies by 20%. Grants an Extra Turn to this champion if an ally was successfully revived.
Level 2: Cooldown -1
Level 3: Cooldown -1
