Champion Spotlight – Rock Breaker

Rock Breaker is one of those champions in Raid: Shadow Legends that can be easily overlooked, however he is in fact the key for many players to progress through the game and especially in Faction Wars.

Rock Breaker is the essence of a tank class in Raid with an AOE taunt and damage reduction to keep him alive as your team do their work.

Rock Breaker is a Spirit affinity epic from the Dwarves faction and has been one of my favourite epics for many months, featuring in some of my early videos where I took on Platinum Arena with just epics. Rock Breaker has a fantastic passive with a 50% chance to halve the damage taken from hits. This passive makes him the best tank for Faction Wars stage 21 boss.

Rock Breaker also has an AOE provoke and applies a counter-attack on himself allowing him to control all enemies and retaliate with damage.

Whirling Hammers [DEF]
Attacks 1 enemy. Increases this champion’s DEF by 4% each time this skill is used. Stacks up to 20%.
Level 2: Damage +5%
Level 3: Damage +5%
Level 4: Damage +5%
Level 5: Damage +10%

Damage Multiplier: 2.5 DEF

Chest Thump
Cooldown: 4 turns
Has a 75% chance of placing a Provoke debuff on all enemies for 1 turn. Places a Counterattack buff on this champion for 2 turns.
Level 2: Buff/Debuff Chance +5%
Level 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 5: Cooldown -1

Iron Hide (Passive)
Has a 25% chance of decreasing damage inflicted on this champion by 50% each time this champion is attacked.
Level 2: Buff/Debuff Chance +5%
Level 3: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%
Level 4: Buff/Debuff Chance +10%

(Aura)
Increases Ally DEF in the Arena by 30%
