Still trying to break out of those teen angst years, Thylessia reluctantly enters the fray, joining the Knight Revenant’s faction in Patch 4.70. She is also be one of four epics required to fuse Sigmund the Highshield during the October 2021 fusion.

Her kit is interesting, She brings an A1 Debuff Spread effect which is unique as only active skills (non-a1) have this effect currently. She is also another Hex champion bringing more utility and options to this debuff. Her main value is having an AoE 100% Decrease Defence debuff which doesn’t require book (other than a cooldown). Considering she extends the debuffs on her A2 also, its really possible to run her completely unbooked and perform all aspects of her role really well.

All in all she is a great addition to a faction that generally struggles due to a lack of good AoE decrease def options and she would fit almost any dungeon carry team with minimal resource investment.

Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 50% chance of applying a [Debuff Spread] effect, taking 1 random debuff from the target and placing it on all enemies under [Hex] debuffs.

Attacks all enemies. Places a 60% [Decrease DEF] debuff for 2 turns.

When attacking enemies under [Decrease DEF] debuffs, has a 50% chance of placing a [Hex] debuff on them for 2 turns.
