Looking Back at the Official Stats for 2025 in RAID: Shadow Legends
Plarium has shared many official stats from RAID: Shadow Legends over the course of 2025 as part of the 7 Year RAID Anniversary event in 2026! In this article we take a look at the public stats shared, and give our thoughts.

ARENA

First up, the arena stats provided some surprises.
Alice being the most banned champion in Bronze likely reflects her being available as a free (and heavily promoted) champion for new players for much of 2025. Arbiter taking over for Silver makes sense too, since she is key to speed strategies for players who have played for long enough to unlock her–what’s surprising is that she remains the top ban for Gold tier, even over champions like Marius or Embrys, showing that mid-game players are actually making up the bulk of the Gold tier arena now!
One big question is why Cypto did not get credit for most Live Arena wins: he has 5 wins total now, putting him well ahead of every other player.
CLANS AND HYDRA

For Clans, the interesting stat here is that almost half of the current active Clans were new ones created during 2025, showing that there is a strong mix of both new players and long term players actively engaging in RAID.
Hydra stats are very boring this year… Not much to see here!
CHIMERA

Chimera released at the end of 2024, so it was a very new boss for most of 2025.
One big surprise is that Ninja is so dominant on Normal and Hard, since he was unobtainable for all of 2025 (he got a limited time re-run in mid-2024); it’s interesting that even players who collected Ninja before were still playing a lot of Normal and Hard.
Alice being top pick for Easy makes sense, for the same reason as Arena.
Lydia taking over for Brutal onwards also makes a lot of sense, since players had very few alternative options for most of 2025. We’d be curious to see how much Titus has affected things here in 2026 now that he’s been around for a while though…
We can also see that a significant amount of players have earned Embrys, giving a good idea for how many long-term players are actively engaged in the game at the moment.
SIEGE

There are question marks around whether some Clans have been unfairly excluded from the top Clans list here: if you have been winning everything, then well done (even if Plarium forget to say it)!
Siege traps have been a bit of a failure due to being incredibly expensive and quite ineffective. The bomb trap sounds best on paper, though it will fall off hard against Mercurial gear now in 2026. We hope that Plarium improves traps at some point in 2026.
Arbiter being most picked makes sense (just remember that her Aura doesn’t work in Siege!) and Lamasu looks to take slightly longer to earn that Embrys. Finally, the Support condition being popular also makes sense: although endgame players are leaning heavily on the “rare only” condition, most players will have better champions for Support conditions, and they have the advantage of requiring enemies to use up very valuable support champions to take them down (typically, mythical champions are crucial to beating these stages since they are the best support damage dealers).
CURSED CITY AND FACTION WARS HARD MODE

Wukong being more popular than Alice in Cursed City is a little surprising considering her dominance in other areas, perhaps indicating that Cursed City is less accessible to new players than other content. As we saw last year, an exceedingly small amount of players are full clearing every Sintranos rotation (though it’s becoming easier every year with powercreep through new champions and new relics etc.)
Barbarians being hte most cleared Faction Wars Hard crypt makes sense considering that Armanz came out in 2024 and was a massive help for waves. The Asgard Divide event also added several very strong champions to Barbarians in Thor, Odin, and Freyja–plus, Scyl and Fahrakin remain as old school useful options.
We think it’s hilarious that Stage 14 is the “most challenging” stage… Surely Stage 21 is harder?!…. Who knows how Plarium came up with this stat–it’s quite funny either way! We do think that Stage 14 of Dark Elves is actually harder than Stage 21 due to the purple boss being overtuned, so at least there’s some logic to it…
RELICS AND BLESSINGS

The most crafted legendary Relic being the Aspect of Siroth is a depressing reminder to us of all the times we have crafted it. The most used relic being the one they give new players for free is also a bit sad… At least Invigorated is a genuinely great gemstone!
Finally, Phantom Touch being the most common blessing makes sense since most rare (and even most epic) blessings are useless; it would’ve been interesting to get more stats here, showing the top blessing of each rarity (probably Cruelty and Brimstone? Perhaps Nature’s Wrath or Lightning Cage? We’ll never know…)
