Meet the Team – YST!

Over the coming weeks, we’re going to be diving deep into the HH Gaming staff, and giving the community an insight into who we are outside of creators, and what we actually do, as you may know some of our faces from videos and streams, some of us do not actually create video content and have a more behind the scenes role.

This will be a great opportunity to get to know us all on a personal level and really connect with us.

First up, it only seems fitting to start with the man of the hour, and our newest member of the HH Gaming Team, Mr YST!

I’m a Content creator and streamer covering the game Raid Shadow Legends. My role at HH gaming consists of keeping champions up to date with new content (and revisiting old ones that need love) whilst also writing up articles covering new or exciting things.

I first got involved with HH Gaming at the start of February 2023. Having the offer to work with the largest platform covering the game I create content for was an amazing opportunity to be creative. Being friends with the team prior to joining, it’s been a pleasure to now work amongst creators I already had great relationships with.

I began playing Raid in August 2019, and got into it following the birth of my first child when seeking a handheld form of gaming that didn’t require hours of attention daily.

My favourite champion in Raid is Genzin from the Shadowkin! (But don’t tell Conellia I said that) and my most wanted champion is Nekmo Thaar due to his ability to create Auto Hydra boss teams.

I have been gaming for as long as I remember, with my earliest memory being the Dreamcast & PlayStation 1. There was nothing like coming home from school and battling it out with my siblings to find hidden easter eggs, or beating levels they couldn’t. When it comes to game titles I have played lots! but currently playing Rainbow Six Siege and story driven games such as God Of War Ragnarok and Hogwarts Legacy.

My favourite game of all time has to be Pandemonium, a platform game that holds nostalgic value from playing it with my Dad as a child on the PlayStation 1. Some honourable mentions would be Croc, Tomb Raider The Angels Of Darkness, Spyro and the Tekken.

My hobbies outside of Raid (And gaming) is primarily taking my daughters out to experience and see new things, as seeing a smile on their faces is priceless. I also love Boxing, so being able to attend live events is always something I look forward to.

My favourite movie series of all time is Harry Potter, as when I was a child, I won the chance to watch the first movie at the premiere in London. This immediately led me to wanting more, and to this day still re watching the movies with my children. My favourite TV series of all time is Prison Break, and I believe it’s the only series I’ve watched multiple times, and I don’t usually re watch TV shows.

My most memorable Holiday destination would be Dubai, as it was the first time myself and my wife went abroad together. In terms of my dream destination, I’ve always wanted to visit Antarctica as it’s a place not many go and would be a great experience.

To answer Hellhades question… Do I believe in a green alien? Absolutely not! However, I do believe there are other life forms out there.

People can find my content over on my YouTube channel where I post all my content. I first got into content creation during the Covid pandemic where leaving your house was limited. I always wanted to create content in some format, and I just thought hey! let’s give this a go and here we are today.

I just want to thank the Raid community for being so supportive over the years, you have driven myself and I’m sure many more creators to keep making videos on a daily basis, and it’s all down to you. I also want to thank the HH Gaming team for bringing me on board and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
