Mental Health – It’s okay not to feel okay – How to seek help

spacer

In this day and age, the stigma that surrounds Mental Health is nothing compared to what it once was, it’s something that is widely discussed and talked about, however, it’s not always that easy.

A large percentage of the population experience poor mental health daily at some point in their life and making sure you know how to seek help if needed is incredibly important, which is why we’d like to bring you the resources to do so regardless of where you are in the world.

As we all know, in the Gaming community, mental health is an ever-growing issue, especially in the type of games we play due to the highly addictive gambling element to Gacha games.

As we say in the title – It is OKAY to not feel okay. It’s normal, do not feel like you’re alone in this, because you are not.

Of course, The best ways to seek direct help are to visit your doctor, or the emergency department at your local hospital, if you are in a very bad place, they will be able to provide you with help, however, this isn’t always possible.

This is awesome. The whole Hell Hades team should be so proud of the work they’ve done. You are all wonderful people who have contributed so much to this community. Keep up the amazing work!

Love it! yet again HH Gaming going above and beyond for their community, Things are especially hard at this moment in time, so just knowing there is this support out there, and also your not alone there is a great deal of us that are going through these same struggles. Support and understanding, helping each other and just ask, How are you mate? but just double check, No seriously how are you? I’m here if you need a vent, or just want a sounding board i’m here, can often mean the difference to a friend opening up or just saying yes thankyou! how about you? as this is a conditioned response we are taught to give from early age.

Really wish I would have read more stuff like this a couple of months ago. Back in May I made a failed suicide attempt at work. Lost my job and some professional licenses. Ironically, I came to this site today for help building an unkillable clan boss and noticed I missed the June, 2022 Helicath fusion while in treatment. Paltry I know, but it still hits home in both a “FML” and a “don’t ever do something like that again” sort of way.

Good looking out! I’ve suffered from MH issues many years, and believe me growing up back then nobody acknowledged it. It’s thanks to the professionals and the change that I can love myself and finally be happy today.

I know how MH feels all too well, my son was murdered last year – he was 4 years old. Grieving for everyone is different and should not be taken lightly just because someone may have a different way to grieve. No one really knows how it feels for you when it comes to such a horrid loss.
