Authoratrix Lamasu Overview
In the fiery depths of Anathraad, Authoratrix Lamasu rises as a Void Legendary Champion from the Demonspawn, soon to be obtainable as the final reward in the Clan PvP game mode – Siege. She wields demonic powers that strike Fear into her foes, capable of taking down bosses like the Hydra, and she is immune to being transformed into a Sheep!
Authoratrix Lamasu can attack all enemies [A1], with a chance to place a 50% Decrease Attack debuff, reducing the incoming damage from foes. This opens up the opportunity to use gear sets such as Cursed and Provoke, and is particularly effective against the Ice Golem, as the boss deals incredibly high damage. With her Dread Dominion [A2], she places a Block Buffs and True Fear on enemies, preventing them from placing buffs and providing a strong form of crowd control. Against bosses, the True Fear is replaced with a Decrease Speed Debuff, making her a versatile option for various encounters. This skill is most effective against Hydra heads protected by Poison Cloud, as it is not an attack, ensuring that these debuffs can still be placed, provided the enemies do not have a Block Debuffs buff active.
Leading into her Icon of Domination [A3], Authoratrix Removes all Debuffs from a single target, places 2 stacks of Intercept on them, then resets their skill cooldowns & fills their Turn Meter by 50%. This ability, when rotated on all allies in prolonged battles, will mitigate the risk of being crowd controlled, as Intercept will remain active until it blocks a crowd control effect such as Stun. The cooldown reset is powerful for Nukers in the arena, or champions like Gnut or Marius, enabling them to cycle through their Enemy Max HP skills more frequently. Lastly, Authoratrix is immune to Sheep & Polymorph effects, and with each Debuff she places, she reduces the target’s Turn Meter by 5%, and lowers their RES and ACC by 10 [stacking up to 100]. This eases the stat requirements gradually, but it takes time to build up this passive. Since one rotation applies approximately 3 Debuffs, you will need to cycle through at least 2-3 rotations. Be cautious when adjusting your teams to accommodate these stat changes, ensuring that essential early Debuffs can still be successfully placed.
