Belletar Mage-slayer Overview

Belletar is a revival support who brings a full team revive with immediate protection, powerful ATK and DEF buffs, strong healing, and cooldown reduction, making him an excellent sustain and recovery option across PvE and Arena content.

This Ogryn warrior was ambushed by Dark Elves as a young merchant, later to be stranded in the wild to fend for himself. Throughout the journey back to his homeland, he was approached by a mage threatening to take his soul… however, Belletar slayed him & is now infused with the power of restoration. Whispers of the spirits guided Belletar to a mythical legend, who has mentored him to master this sacred power.

If you’re seeking a powerful revival option with strong buffs and consistent healing, Belletar is your slayer. Opening with Mercy of Oasis (A3), he revives all allies with 50% HP and Turn Meter, then follows up by placing a 20% Shield on those revived, and Block Debuffs on the entire team. Whether you’re facing bosses, waves, or Arena opponents, this combination instantly protects your revived allies and helps them from being immediately taken out or controlled again.

Slayer’s Roar (A2) further strengthens your team by placing 50% Increase ATK and Increase DEF on all allies, then healing them for 20% of his MAX HP and boosting their Turn Meter by 20%. This blend of buffs enhances both damage and sustain, similar to champions like Mithrala, making it valuable across nearly all content while helping your team cycle turns more quickly.

To round it out, his passive now reduces this champion’s cooldowns by 1 turn each time an ally is killed, helping him cycle back to his revival skill to bring them back. When an ally is revived, their skill cooldowns are also reduced by 1 turn. His A1 now has a 100% chance to reduce a random ally’s skill cooldown by 1 turn, helping revived champions – and those with high Turn Meter – regain their key abilities faster across various areas.

Arena Roles

Understanding Arena Roles

Champions normally form specific roles within an arena team. Our ratings define the roles that the champion fits and rates them on their ability to perform the roles. Below you can see a breakdown of all of our roles.

Cleanser

Champions with the Cleanser role will use their skills to remove debuffs and keep them from being re-applied.

Crowd Control

Champions with the Crowd Control role will use their skills to place soft (i.e. Provoke or Taunt) and hard (i.e Freeze or Stun) debuffs to disable enemy champions.

Damage

Champions with the Damage role will have skills that deal significant damage and are designed to defeat enemy champions.

Damage Absorption

Champions with the Damage Absorption role will have skills or effects that reduce the incoming damage your team takes. This can be through passive damage reduction or by applying skills such as Strengthen or Shields.

Healer

Champions with the Healer role will have skills that restore your champion's Health including Continuous Heals.

Debuffer

Champions with the Debuffer role will have skills that place debuffs that don't fall into Crowd Control or Skill Manipulator roles i.e. Decrease Defence. These champions may also have skills that remove Buffs.

Revive

Champions with the Revive role will have skills that bring your ally champions back from the dead including Revive on Death buffs.

Skill Manipulator

Champions with the Skill Manipulator role will have skills that increase enemy skill cooldowns or reduce your ally skill cooldowns.

Speed Manipulator

Champions with the Speed Manipulator role will have skills that affect the turn meter of your allies or enemies. This includes speed buffs and debuffs aswell as direct turn meter effects.
