Cheshire Cat Overview

Cheshire Cat is a Veil-focused Demonspawn nuker who blends strong AoE damage, turn cycling, and self-protection, thriving under Perfect Veil to ignore defence, control speed, and stay safe while tearing through both PvE waves and PvP teams.

The Cheshire Cat was guiding Alice on her journey to Teleria when he suddenly vanished without a trace. Alice assumed it was another one of his mischievous tricks, but the truth was a demon from the underworld had veiled him in shadow. His grin turned sinister, his form grew monstrous, and now he stands as a demonised version of his former self. The Cheshire Cat is a Legendary Attack champion from the Demonspawn Faction.

The Cheshire Cat is a damage dealer who leverages Perfect Veil to enhance his kit and manipulates both enemy and self speeds. Opening with the A3, he self buffs with Perfect Veil and Increase Attack before unleashing an AOE attack on all enemies. If he secures a kill, he gains an extra turn, and is a strong option for taking down enemies in both PVP and PVE. This also synergizes with his passive, which allows him to ignore 15% of enemy defence while under Perfect Veil, and enhances Turn Meter fill effects by 30%, enabling him to cycle turns faster and inflict more damage. Additionally, he has built in survivability, triggering Block Damage when an attack would drop his HP below 20%, ensuring he stays in the fight.

His Phaseclaw A1 becomes an AOE attack when under Perfect Veil, and he re applies the veil with each use, making him an excellent choice for encounters like Hydra. This allows for creative use of sets such as Cursed or Provoke, or simply for consistent AOE damage output. This synergy also protects him from the Head of Torment’s Fears without needing external support for Veil. Lastly, his Feline Frenzy A2 delivers a triple hit single target attack that can decrease enemy speed while increasing his own by up to 10%. While this speed manipulation doesn’t apply to bosses, it effectively slows standard enemies. Additionally, if he kills a target with this skill, he places Perfect Veil on the ally with the lowest Turn Meter, providing extra protection.

Arena Roles

Understanding Arena Roles

Champions normally form specific roles within an arena team. Our ratings define the roles that the champion fits and rates them on their ability to perform the roles. Below you can see a breakdown of all of our roles.

Cleanser

Champions with the Cleanser role will use their skills to remove debuffs and keep them from being re-applied.

Crowd Control

Champions with the Crowd Control role will use their skills to place soft (i.e. Provoke or Taunt) and hard (i.e Freeze or Stun) debuffs to disable enemy champions.

Damage

Champions with the Damage role will have skills that deal significant damage and are designed to defeat enemy champions.

Damage Absorption

Champions with the Damage Absorption role will have skills or effects that reduce the incoming damage your team takes. This can be through passive damage reduction or by applying skills such as Strengthen or Shields.

Healer

Champions with the Healer role will have skills that restore your champion's Health including Continuous Heals.

Debuffer

Champions with the Debuffer role will have skills that place debuffs that don't fall into Crowd Control or Skill Manipulator roles i.e. Decrease Defence. These champions may also have skills that remove Buffs.

Revive

Champions with the Revive role will have skills that bring your ally champions back from the dead including Revive on Death buffs.

Skill Manipulator

Champions with the Skill Manipulator role will have skills that increase enemy skill cooldowns or reduce your ally skill cooldowns.

Speed Manipulator

Champions with the Speed Manipulator role will have skills that affect the turn meter of your allies or enemies. This includes speed buffs and debuffs aswell as direct turn meter effects.
