Karnage the Anarch Overview

A being as old as creation itself, Karnage returns to Teleria to vanquish all who trespass into Sintranos. Corrupted, burned and tortured by centuries in the fire pits of the Demonspawn, Karnage now harnesses all his hatred to unleash devastation on the Battlefield. He is exclusively available from milestone rewards in the Cursed City of Sintranos Hard Mode.

Base Form

Karnage seeks to debuff and control his enemies in his Base Form. He introduced a new debuff called Seal (with a more powerful Master Seal also introduced) which can disable Artifact Set and Mastery effects such as Ignore defence on Lethal or the Damage gain from Bring it down Mastery. This debuff is also placed in a protected state so once placed he holds his will over that enemy. His A2 also brings strong health sustain with a HP swap and the ability to steal all buffs from the enemy. His A1 also has another chance to steal buffs from the enemy with a cool passive that will cause him to counter-attack whenever he or an ally is attacked. This has no cooldown and on a base 50% chance is likely to happen very frequently. His strongest ability is the A3, Trinity of Pain, which is exceptional for disabling the most powerful enemies you face (such as Taras!) where you will place Block Passive Skills and Block Active Skills, both of which are protected so cannot be removed and he will also steal 100% of the Turn Meter. Just be careful in his based form of Polymorph – he will attract the sheep!

Alternate Form

Transform into what is likely the strongest damage dealer in all of Teleria! With a HUGE base attack of 1960 (the highest in the game upon his release) and multipliers that scale on Attack and Accuracy with an additional passive granting him substantial amounts of critical damage, expect incredible amount of pain brought upon your foes. He has 2 AoE abilities in this form with the A3 attacking twice and will block revives if the enemy dies under 3 different debuffs. The A2 is excellent to counter arena champions such as Nekhret the Great or Bolster sets and he continues his trend of counter-attacking with his a1 but this time will heal off the damage. Karnage in this form is free of Polymorph and is exceptionally powerful as your arena nuker.

Understanding Arena Roles

Champions normally form specific roles within an arena team. Our ratings define the roles that the champion fits and rates them on their ability to perform the roles. Below you can see a breakdown of all of our roles.

Cleanser

Champions with the Cleanser role will use their skills to remove debuffs and keep them from being re-applied.

Crowd Control

Champions with the Crowd Control role will use their skills to place soft (i.e. Provoke or Taunt) and hard (i.e Freeze or Stun) debuffs to disable enemy champions.

Damage

Champions with the Damage role will have skills that deal significant damage and are designed to defeat enemy champions.

Damage Absorption

Champions with the Damage Absorption role will have skills or effects that reduce the incoming damage your team takes. This can be through passive damage reduction or by applying skills such as Strengthen or Shields.

Healer

Champions with the Healer role will have skills that restore your champion's Health including Continuous Heals.

Debuffer

Champions with the Debuffer role will have skills that place debuffs that don't fall into Crowd Control or Skill Manipulator roles i.e. Decrease Defence. These champions may also have skills that remove Buffs.

Revive

Champions with the Revive role will have skills that bring your ally champions back from the dead including Revive on Death buffs.

Skill Manipulator

Champions with the Skill Manipulator role will have skills that increase enemy skill cooldowns or reduce your ally skill cooldowns.

Speed Manipulator

Champions with the Speed Manipulator role will have skills that affect the turn meter of your allies or enemies. This includes speed buffs and debuffs aswell as direct turn meter effects.
