If you’re seeking a budget Support/Reviver to assist your team to victory in Faction Wars, then Meatcarver has your back! His highlight skill would be the A3, where he Revives a single target with 30% HP & Turn Meter, followed by placing a 15% Continuous heal on them. Although there are other revive options from this Faction, he stands as the first from the Rares! Tolog also replaces any continuous heals that are expired, removed or stolen from Skinwalkers with the passive, and places a 7.5% variation instead to keep the heals flowing. Last but not least, he grants a 30% Increase Defence on allies for protection.
