It’s time to hop into another RAID Shadow Legends Fusion…

It’s time for Plarium’s 2023 Easter Fusion, which is a traditional style fusion, meaning we will need to gather 16 Rare Champions, and 4 Epic Champions, then rank them up in order to fuse the end goal – Razelvarg.

Stay tuned for Daily Updates in our Fusion Guide, whilst we progress through the available Fusion events to get our hands on Razelvarg over the next 2 weeks.

Is Razelvarg worth going for?

We always give the same advice when it comes to collecting fusion champions, if you have the resources available to do so, we always recommend picking up legendary fusions – as we never know where they may prove to be useful or vital in the future.

However, Razelvarg is quite unique, Speed is the name of the game when it comes to his kit. He has a unique passive where he will passively increase his Speed by 100 in total (5 for every placement of Increase Speed by Razelvarg himself!). The positive with this passive is he will be super fast and easy to get back around to his skills. Razelvarg has already been seen to bring a way to build a 2:1 Clan Boss team by himself which is very rare and huge for a mid game account!

Alongside this passive, he does bring Increase Accuracy on a 3 turn cooldown the A3 which will help reduce the stat requirements of your entire team (due to him likely running much faster than your allies) and he also has a Leech debuff on an AoE on the A2. His triple hit A1 will make him an excellent option for Fire-Knight progression.

Razelvarg is a great mid game champion that will help you push through wave content faster with 2 AoE abilities some great buffs and also a 20% All Battles Aura however you will find Speed Tuning team with him somewhat of a difficult task.

What you will need to Fuse Razelvarg

Champion Requirements:

Razelvarg is a Traditional Fusion event which will require 4 Rank 5 fully levelled Epic champions to fuse together. You will need the following epic champions:

However, to fuse these Epic Champions you will need to acquire 16 Rare Champions at rank 4 fully levelled. 4 Rares are then fused to earn 1 epic.

You will need to upgrade your Rare champions to Rank 4 and the Epic to Rank 5 and fully ascend those champions which will require food and potions.

Chicken Requirements:

  • 48x 3-Star Chickens
  • 16x 4-Star Chickens

Potion Requirements:

Affinity Lesser Greater Superior
Spirit 0 80 24
Force 160 64 0
Arcane 80 108 12

Fusion Calendar

The thing to note is that a traditional fusion allows you the opportunity to summon the champions required to make the fusion. Every rare or epic you might earn means 1 less event you need to run. So there is some flexibility depending on how the fusion goes for you. Ideal tournaments and events to skip are Dungeon Divers, Artifact Enhancements, Summoning Events and Champion Training events as these take the most amount of resources and time compared to others.

You can also pick up a full copy of Delaaja, meaning you can skip an extra 4 events from the Fusion Schedule if you are able to get your hands on a copy.

April 13th:
Dragon Tournament – 1x Margrave Greenhawk
Champion Training Tournament – 1x Margrave Greenhawk

April 14th:
Summon Rush – 1x Margrave Greenhawk & 1x Delaaja
Dungeon Divers Event 1 – 1x Margrave Greenhawk

April 15th:
Classic Arena Takedown 1 – 1x Margrave Greenhawk
Artifact Enhancement 1 – 1x Margrave Greenhawk

April 16th:
Ice Golem Tournament – 1x Margrave Greenhawk

April 20th:
Champion Training Event – 1x Margrave Greenhawk
Fire Knight Tournament – 1x Margrave Greenhawk
Dungeon Divers Event 2 – 1x Margrave Greenhawk

April 21st:

Day One

New Events:
Dragon Tournament – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 2250 Points
Champion Training Tournament – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 5150 Points

Champion Training Tournament is a very standard point requirement in terms of typical fusions with 5150 for the first copy of Margrave Greenhawk

Make sure you are also levelling your chickens BEFORE feeding them to get the extra points, you can do this easily by just throwing a few brews into the 4*/5* chickens before you use them as food, it will really help you gain your points to make this doable.

The Dragon Tournament, 2250 Points will require around 140 runs of stage 20 based on the worst possible drops, of all 5* rare gear, of course, this figure can be significantly lower based on your drop rates. This will take ~2250 energy – Of course, this may be altered even further by running Hard Mode Dragon, as the Mythical Artifact Drops will give you further increased points!

We would recommend holding off on any Energy-cost activities for these events until tomorrow, when Dungeon Divers is active!!

Day Two

New Events:
Summon Rush – 1x Margrave Greenhawk 1x Delaaja – 2150/4925 Points
Dungeon Divers Event – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 2850 Points

Today’s Dungeon Divers will fit in perfectly with the Champion Training Tournament and the active Dragon Tournament allowing you to get the most points for your energy.

As for the Summon Rush, we have a great opportunity to pick up a copy of Delaaja, the Epic Champion which will allow you to skip 4 events that have a copy of Margrave Greenhawk in, unless you want to keep a spare copy of Delaaja.

There is an active 10x Event on for this Summon Rush containing Champions that manipulate Speed, you can find out more information about this here.

Use this calculator to see if you have enough shards for the fusion.

Day Three

New Events:
Classic Arena Takedown 1 – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 390 Points
Artifact Enhancement 1 – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 4775 Points

For the Artifact Enhancement, to get this event’s copy of Margrave Greenhawk, you’ll require 4775 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.

Artifact Enhancement

1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.

2. The other really good option for these events is doing a good old gear clear-out, rolling things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, selling things that you won’t want to keep, a great guide for this is here.

As For the Arena Takedown, Continue to use all daily battles, but keep an eye on the points, you may need to gem 1 or 2 refills to reach the points that you need depending on your arena tier/win rate. Of course, always aim to win as many fights as you can, don’t waste tokens for fights that you’re not sure of.

Day Four

New Events:
Ice Golem Tournament – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 2250 Points

For the Ice Golem Tournament, 2250 Points will require around 140 runs of stage 20 based on the worst possible drops, of all 5* rare gear, of course, this figure can be significantly lower based on your drop rates. This will take ~2250 energy – Of course, this may be altered even further by running Hard Mode Ice Golem, as the Mythical Artifact Drops will give you further increased points!

Day Eight

Champion Training Event – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 7150 Points
Fire Knight Tournament – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 2250 Points
Dungeon Divers Event 2 – 1x Margrave Greenhawk – 2850 Points

It’s Training time!

It’s time to level up those Champions of yours, and perhaps prepare some of the Fusion Rares and Epics that you’ve accumulated so far, to get the most out of your resources whilst also completing this event!

HellHades has some useful tips on maximising the return on champion training. Read more about these strategies here.

For the Fire Knight Tournament, 2250 Points will require around 140 runs of stage 20 based on the worst possible drops, of all 5* rare gear, of course, this figure can be significantly lower based on your drop rates. This will take ~2250 energy – Of course, this may be altered even further by running Hard Mode Fire Knight, as the Mythical Artifact Drops will give you further increased points!

Finally the Dungeon Divers Event will tie into both of the above events, allowing you to double/triple dip on your energy spending to get points for multiple events/tournaments at once!

Day Nine

New Events:
Champion Chase Tournament – 2500 Points – 1x  Margrave Greenhawk
Artifact Enhancement Event – 4775 Points – 1x  Margrave Greenhawk

Sacred Shard time!

It’s time to open up your shards, and hopefully, get lucky! 2500 Points is fairly standard for most fusions so nothing special to worry about here if you’ve been saving up your shards or Fragment Champions.

This along with the Champion Training Event is a perfect opportunity to rank up your rares and Fuse your Epic Champions for the Fusion, for 250 points each – by this point, you should be able to fuse at least 2-3 Epics, and even Fuse Razelvarg today if you picked up the Epic available in the Summon Rush Event.

To get this event’s rare, you’ll require 4775 points in the artifact enhancement event – there are some great methods for doing this easily, to save as much silver as possible.

1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.

Day Thirteen

New Events:
Dungeon Divers Event 3 – 1x Margrave Greenhawk –  3750 Points

For today’s Dungeon Divers Event, we’re rather lucky with it’s timing, as it lines up with Clan vs Clan that also contains Personal Rewards, as well as the currently active Spider Tournament (Slight overlap), allowing us to really push hard in Spider for Clan vs Clan points whilst also completing the Dungeon Divers Event.

This is the penultimate Fusion Event, and as such, you will be getting very close to Razelvarg at this point – along with tomorrow’s Artifact Event, it will be possible to fuse him during Clan vs Clan for a bonus of 30,000 points!

Day Fourteen

I’d suggest skipping this fusion, as if you’re at a state in the game where you want him you should probably save rescourses for the next fusion.

Nightmare. Fell short on Dungeon Divers by 15 points. My bad. So I missed one of the Margraves.

Question: I assume there’s no point in carrying on as Plarium only releases *fragments* on special occasions – and the fusion period will be well over?

If you are lucky, you get one from Shards during Champion Chase

This is a traditional fusion, not a fragment fusion, So Plarium won’t release additional fragments for it.
Your only hope is to pull some Ancient shards during Champion Chase and get a Margrave Greenhawk or pull
Delaaja from Ancient or Sacred. shards.
I have pulled the rare twice before during Fusions, so it is possible but unlikely. Depends how many shards you have left if you want to try that,
The epic looks decent, so you can always just fuse 1 or 2 copies of that if you don’t want to go for the rabbit.
