September Fusion Announcement – Strategos Islin
Plarium has just announced the September 2023 Fusion, introducing the Strategos Islin Fusion!
The Strategos Islin Fusion will begin on Thursday, August 31st.
This Fusion is a Fragment Collector event, which will require us to complete Fusion Events and Fusion Tournaments in order to gain Fragments, when 100 are collected, they can be fused into Strategos Islin.

Plariums overview of Strategos Islin
Strategos Islin is a tanky Champion with some nice control abilities and specific heal mechanics.
Islin will definitely come in handy in PvE content where crowd control is a real deal.
Hydra can be his place to shine, thanks to his healing abilities and the Iron Twins Fortress, where apart from massive healing, the Decrease SPD debuff on Strategos Islin A2 will be a must.
Strategos Islin Skills:
Doubleslash
Attacks 1 enemy 2 times. Each hit has a 35% chance of placing a [Provoke] debuff for 1 turn. When counterattacking, the chance increases to 50%.
- Level 2 – Damage +10%
- Level 3 – Damage +10%
- Level 4 – Buff/Debuff chance +15%
Hindrance – Cooldown: 4 Turns
Attacks all enemies. Before attacking, has a 75% chance of decreasing the duration of all enemy buffs by 1 turn.
Has a 75% chance of placing a 30% [Decrease SPD] debuff for 2 turns.
- Level 2 – Damage +10%
- Level 3 – Damage +10%
- Level 4 – Buff/Debuff chance +10%
- Level 5 – Buff/Debuff chance +15%
- Level 6 – Cooldown -1
Flawless Strategem – Cooldown: 6 Turns
Places a 50% [Ally Protection] buff on all allies except this Champion for 2 turns, and places a 60% [Increase DEF] buff on all allies for 2 turns.
Also places a [Counterattack] buff on this Champion for 2 turns. Then, places a [Shield] buff on this Champion for 2 turns. The value of the [Shield] is proportional to this Champion’s DEF.

Protect the Troops [Passive]
Whenever this Champion is attacked, heals themselves by 1% for each 500 DEF this Champion has.
Heals all other allies under [Ally Protection] buffs placed by this Champion by 30% of this skill’s initial heal.

Not too bad a kit, but High elves….again?
I guess I will sit this one out and get my shard supply up for october
He’s really cool looking, and who doesn’t love defense champions!?
Still an easy pass.
Is his passive kinda negate itself? I mean if you get high defence you will take less damage, less damage means less heal for himself and for team.
The heal is based on his defense and not the damage he received. 1% heal for each 500 defense he has.
I like this kit, but I don’t need him. Can def help some people missing these roles for Hydra, but after these last 2 fusions I need a break to farm Mino. Not a bad fusion, and I would usually go for him, but certainly skippable, and probably not worth the time.
