Underpriest Brogni Fusion Guide

spacer

It’s Fusion time…again! Just 2 weeks after the end of Yoshi’s Fusion, we have another set of events to blast through for a new Dwarf Legendary – Underpriest Brogni!

Faction: Dwarves
Rarity: Legendary
Type: Support
Affinity: Magic

A1 – Deepcrystal Scourge
Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 45% chance of placing a [HP Burn] debuff for 2 turns.

A2 – Cavern’s Grasp [CD – 4]
Attacks all enemies. Has a 75% chance of removing 1 random buff from all enemies.
Has a 75% chance of removing 1 random debuff from all allies.
Increases the value of [Shield] buffs on all allies by 30% of the damage inflicted.

A3 – Resilient Glow [CD – 5]
Places a [Block Debuffs] buff and a 50% [Increase ATK] on all allies for 2 turns. Also places a [Shield] buff on all allies for 2 turns equal to 30% of this Champion’s MAX HP. The [Shield buff cannot be removed.

A4 – Redoubt [Passive]
Whenever an ally under a [Shield] buff is attacked, reflects 25% of the damage inflicted on the [Shield] back to the attacker. Also heals that ally by 25% of the damage inflicted on the [Shield].
If there are multiple champions in the team with this skill, only one will activate.

Underpriest Brogni is a traditional Fusion event where you will need to collect 4 epics in order to fuse him:

Mordecai – Force Affinity – Sacred Order
Skimfos the Consumed – Void Affinity – Demonspawn
Giscard the Sigiled – Spirit Affinity – Banner Lords
Fenshi – Force Affinity – Shadowkin

However, this is a traditional Raid Shadow Legends Fusion with a twist! this fusion event will be tied into a fragment summon event to acquire these epic champions so NO RARES will be included in this fusion event.

As always we will keep you updated every step of the way through the events, providing you with daily updates.

As this is a traditional Fusion, you will be required to level champions and ascend them, we will update this list as soon as we know more information on the champions (likely when the event goes live!)

spacer

Is it worth going for Underpriest Brogni?

We get asked this question a lot! especially when there is a fusion event on the horizon, however, it is sometimes a little more difficult to answer than this time around. Of the recent fusion/fragment events in Raid Shadow Legends, most have been pretty niche champions. However, Underpriest Brogni is looking like a really good champion out of the gate!

So, our recommendation is always that if you can make a fusion then do it as you don’t know what they will buff in the future, but Brogni already looks like a solid champion so if it is possible to push for him, do it…

What potions you will need to fuse Underpriest Brogni:

Affinity Potions:
Greater: 40 force, 20 spirit, 20 void
Superior: 12 force, 6 spirit, 6 void

Arcane Potions (Per Champion):
Greater: 15
Superior: 3

(Total: 60 Greater, 12 Superior Arcane Potions)

Day One:

Today we have the start of the fusion event for Underpriest Brogni. This fusion will consist of 4 fragment summon events for the epic champions required to meet the fusion.

Artifact Enhancement Event:

This event is for 15x Fenshi Fragments. You need to get 2,000 points for the fragments in this event. This event will run for 3 days.

Artifact Enhancement

To complete the event with 2,000 points it will take 6x 6* items to level 16, Which will take a large amount of silver, usually, an event like this will consume anywhere between 10-20 million silver but this time the requirements are quite low!

This is a really good opportunity to do a good old gear clear-out, roll things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, sell things that you won’t want to keep.

Dragon Tournament:

Dragon Tournament: 2050 points – 15 Fragments

2050 points in the Dragon tournament is roughly 2,050 energy, with the worst possible luck at stage 20 it will take 129 runs (this does not account for any ancient shards you pick up on the way).

As always during an event like this, funnel your energy into Dragon for as long as needed, additionally, this lines up with Clan Vs Clan for those of you who are in the top 1,700 clans – so you can double dip the points!

spacer

Daily Update: 15/04/2021

New Events:

Classic Arena Takedown – 455 points – 15x Mordecai Fragments

Tips:

As always, for an arena tournament blast your arena tokens till your heart’s content, and a little bit more as this point requirement is quite high this time! Over 5 days this is very achievable, but just make sure to get your arena’s in and win as many as you can! (Don’t risk fights that you think you could lose!)

spacer

Update: 16/04/2021

New events:

Champion Chase Tournament: 1150/2500 points (15x Mordecai, 20x Skimfos)
Champion Training Event: 2500/4150/7300/12750 (20x Skimfos, 15x Mordecai, 15x Fenshi, 15x Giscard)

Tips:

1150 required for the first fragments and 2500 for the second set.

For this you will need to pull as many shards as you need, you will need BOTH sets of fragments for this fusion. You can also do this with mystery shards for 1 point per shard, if you don’t have other shards to use during the event, but remember – champions from the market and campaign will also count towards these points, which can tie in nicely with Champion Training.

This does line up with Ancient 2x Event, so good luck on your pulls if you have saved any!

Champion Training Event is a VERY large point requirement but we do have 7 days to complete this! Make sure you’re focusing all energy into campaign when you can!

Make sure you are also levelling your chickens BEFORE feeding them to get the extra points, you can do this easily by just throwing a few brews into the 4*/5* chickens before you use them as food, it will really help you gain your points to make this doable.

Remember you need to pull out all of the stops for this event as this fusion is VERY unforgivable and it will prevent you from completing the event!

spacer

Update: 17/04/2021

New events:

Fire Knight Tournament: 1800 points (20x Giscard)

Tips:

To complete this event, at stage 20 it will take roughly 1800 energy (112 runs) This should be more than doable for anyone who can farm a relatively decent Fire Knight level, however, be cautious with energy usage today, as tomorrow Dungeon Divers will begin, allowing you to double-dip for rewards!

After completing the current available events – without winning any extras, you should be at:

Mordecai – 50
Skimfos – 40
Fenshi – 30
Giscard – 50

spacer

Update: 18/04/2021

AFTER today’s events you should be at:
Mordecai – 70
Skimfos – 40
Fenshi – 45
Giscard – 30

New events:

Dungeon Divers Event 1: 1500/2875 points (15x Fenshi, 20x Mordecai)

Tips:

Dungeon Divers event, nicely lining up with both Fire Knights Tournament AND Champion training initially, and after 2 days Ice Golem will also line up with it! This will allow you to get simultaneous points while either farming Fire Knight/Ice Golem for fragments OR food in the campaign for your Champion Training!

spacer

Update: 20/04/21

After these events fragments:
Mordecai 70
Skimfos 40
Fenshi 65
Giscard 75

New Events:

Artifact Enhancement Event (3300 points – 25x Giscard)
Ice Golem Tournament (ice golem = 1800 pts = 1800 energy = 113 runs – 20x Fenshi)

Tips:

For the Artifact Enhancement event, 3300 points are the equivalent of levelling just under 10x 6* items up to 16, which is quite costly unless you have them waiting at 15!

This is also a great opportunity to do a good clear out of the items you picked up from Dragon and FireKnight as well as anything else you’ve grabbed along the way, roll it up to 8/12 where necessary and bank yourself some extra points while you’re gaining silver from cleansing!

Ice golem is just everyone’s favourite dungeon, right? It’s simply the best way to spend your resources…. Said nobody, But we have to do it today! And the silver lining is, that it will also gain everybody points in Clan vs Clan, Dungeon Divers and of course get us closer to that Brogni!

To reach TBC points it will take roughly TBC energy / TBC runs at stage 20, this does not account for ancient shards picked up along the way!

spacer

Update: 23/04/21

After these events fragments:

Giscard – 90
Mordecai – 90
Fenshi – 65
Skimfos – 55

New Events:

Summon Rush – 1400/3000 points (15x Skimfos, 20x Mordecai)
Arena Takedown Tournament – 140 points (15x Giscard) * Was 280 (Plarium cut the point requirements)

For today’s summon rush, there is a great x10 summons event! You will have to pop your shards to get these fragments, 3000 points is the equivalent of 6 sacred shards, but don’t forget – mystery shards also count towards these points so don’t be afraid to burn through them!!

Reward 2

For arena – you will need 140 points to get the fragments for Giscard, this SHOULD be relatively obtainable by just using your daily arena tokens, and refills – however, keep an eye on your points and do not be afraid to gem a refill, especially if you find an easy page! (I’m looking at you Bronze/Silver/Low Gold!)

spacer

Update: 24/04/21

After these events fragments:

Giscard – 105 [✓]
Mordecai – 90
Fenshi – 85
Skimfos – 85

New Events:

Dungeon Divers Event II – 950/2150/3625 points – 20x Fenshi 15x Giscard 15x Skimfos
Spider Tournament – 2050 points – 15x Skimfos

Tips:

Both of these events line up, allowing you to gain simultaneous points for both, while farming Spider, To complete Spider you will need 2050 points which is a maximum of 129 runs/2050 energy.

One thing to note is this is the SECOND last energy-requiring event, with Champion Training starting tomorrow (25/04/21) – Today would be a great time to use any energy refills/some gems that you might have spare so that you can clear it up and not have them overlapping tomorrow.

spacer

Update: 25/04/21

These are the FINAL events in the Brogni Fusion, so it’s now or ever!

New Events:

Artifact Enhancement Event – 3300 points – 15x Skimfos
Champion Training Tournament – 4200/2125 points – 15x Mordecai 20x Fenshi

Now it’s time to rank all your epics to 5*/50 and ascend them, and get yourself your well-earned, well deserved Brogni!

Annoyingly once again, this events fragments are locked behind a 3,300 point requirement which is nearly double the first event that was launched for this fusion – This one is quite tough and will cost a large amount of silver, as we’ve mentioned in the past there are a few great ways to get this done which may come in handy while we make our way through the 3rd wave of artefact upgrading!

1. If you pre-rolled your gear to level 7/11/15 before the event, you can go ahead and burn through your silver taking these up by 1 level each to gain quick easy points.

2. The other really good option for these events, is doing a good old gear clear-out, roll things that you might want to keep up to see how the stats play out, sell things that you won’t want to keep, a great guide for this is here.

Champion Training Tournament
For this final levelling event, we have the added benefit of levelling some of our fusion champions as we go, but aside from that – it’s back to the standard grind, maybe it’s a good time to build up some 5* chickens ready for your Brogni!

I start to think that fusions are just a way for Plarium to clean up saved resources from the game.

I crossed out Skimfos already and I am not going for the main event, just the other 3 Epics. However, looking at the resources needed to put into this – are they worth it?!? Would those resources not be better spend leveling champions that I already have or advancing in other areas of the game? What if you spent money to help with the Fusion, but you really needed to buy some books to make bigger impact on your account?

From pulling shards via the first event I already got 3 new Epics. Are they better/worse than the event ones? Depends on your luck, but they surely will not cost me as much resources, and time, as the event ones…

I think a good topic for HH to include in any Fusion videos going forward would be around existing champions that fill similar role, or are perhaps better than the new event champs. This way players who already have said champions could decide if the new ones are worth the trouble.

They just need to create 2 types of fusion events. One for newer players, what is more attainable with a decent champ that can improve newer accounts, and another fusion for end game players / whales with the type of champion to attract them.

Be honest up front and letting people know what type of fusion event you’re having, and give people a chance of focus on the champs within their abilities.

Don’t give the illusion that all champs are attainable by all players. When newer players and end gamers are given the same point targets.

I’m not seeing a whole lot of time at the end once you finally have the epics to rank and level them up before the event ends. That’s my main concern aside from the arena.

Teo – my thought is to basically throw a whole bunch of brews at them for a quick level up instead of trying to level them through campaign runs. It only takes 24 brews and 168K silver to level a 4* epic up in minutes. During the last champ training run, make sure to set up your 4* food to get them to 5*. At that point, another 52 brews and about 370K silver will get them ready to fuse Gibroni, er, Brogni. I stock pile my brews and really only use them for this type of event. You should be able to get your epics fusion-ready in a matter of hours, but you’ll need about 75 spirit and void brews and 150 force brews plus somewhere in the neighborhood of 2.2M silver to do it. You have to be real judicious in your use of resources and always forward-planning. In this event, silver and time are the scarcest resources. They threw a whole bunch of energy fills and brews at us through daily freebies, doom tower, CvC and other avenues. You just can’t squander them for non-goal-based reasons. It really is a resource challenge, but i think they gave us a lot of resources along the way, you just need to be smart in where you apply them. Aside from the daily gem pack, i haven’t bought any of their pack offers and i’m meeting all my goals, even on my F2P account. Unfortunately it is consuming WAY too much of my time, to the point where I have set a 15 minute alarm timer to make sure i do every arena refresh and only pick the one or two battles i know i have a good chance of winning. But I’m doing this for basically 14 hours a day in the background and it is starting to affect my day job. I can’t keep this pace up and at some point, IRL will have to take precedence over this game. Plarium is starting to become that abusive relationship that demands 100% of your time and money and basically sits on your couch all day eating chips and watching TV while you slave away trying to keep it satisfied.

dankovci, I agree completely. I did pretty much exactly what you said and I also bought JUST the daily gem pack. At this point I still have over 1000 gems and I have all my fragments so far (including the ones from Ice Golem). I still have 2 x 1 day double experience as well. I’m not saying I’m going to coast through this but I do believe I’ll get this guy. Also, this Champ looks VERY strong. Getting him through fusion shouldn’t be easy. Essentially, I prepped for about 2 weeks prior (when HH dropped the prep guide) and stayed disciplined. The one thing that can’t be denied is the time factor. HUGE. Especially for Arena. I only fight the fights I have a chance to win – so since I don’t have an Arbiter (yet) and I live in Gold II/III, that means refreshing the opponents every 15 minutes and picking your spots. VERY TIME CONSUMING.

Just realized today that I have spent a week and all my resources in vain. I was trying to get at least Mordecai and I was focusing on that, just to find out that I don’t have nearly enough energy or diamonds to finish the dungeon diving for Mordecai.
And even If I would manage the get the fragments form dungeon diving, I don’t have enough shards to get him on next summon rush. I used over half of my current shards for the first summon rush.
So frustrating, should have focused on getting better gear for arena team and silver one.
Hopefully there’s options to get more fragments in the future so that I can continue this.

I just fought a Brogni in GIV Arena. How is that possible? I’ve achieved every event/tourney so far and am not close. Haven’t done the math but I don’t think that winning all of the tournaments off as of today could complete the fusion. Any ideas how someone has the champ already?

Noticed something interesting looking back at the original news post from Plarium regarding the fusion requirements (which I had saved a screenshot of to refer to as I progressed). In there, they stated “Each person can get up to 125 Fragments in total for each Epic Champion if they can top the Leaderboards”. But when I added the numbers up for Skimfos, there were only 120.

Plarium must have noticed their mistake too. But instead of adding 5 more fragments for him to be equal to the others, they amended the news post to state “Each person can get up to 125 Fragments in total for Fenshi, Giskard, and Mordecai, and 120 for Skimfos the Consumed, if they can top the Leaderboards”.

They must have been in such a rush to cover up their mistake, they misspelled poor Giscard’s name wrong in their amended post…

I have just finished the Champion training – and while I should be pleased I am actually disgusted at how much time and money I have spent on this. I am going to finish this event but it will be the last time I spend money on this game. There are so many mistakes Plarium have made with this. I suspect one of the biggest impacts will be people like me who have spent far more on this game than they should have done – and have realised the success of this event and CVC will mean Plarium will put all of the best Champions and gear behind pay walls and the only way to keep up will be to keep paying. Luckily the only content that is still challenging is Doom Tower (with its massive silver costs) and Arena – which for me is too easy at Gold IV and I am not good enough to stay in Plat. Even then – how much would I have to invest to play furiously for the hour on Monday morning only for one Plat chest… I am going to stay in the game but not spend a penny until they dial back their big spending approach. I understand the need for profit but commercially I feel Plarium have scored an own goal here as this will make it obvious to 99% of their client base that this game only has a future if you are prepared to drop £200 plus per month or more.

Low spender here, definitely understand. You get pulled into the Fusion then after a while you feel that you have to spend and do what it takes to finish it due to the time and resources you’ve already put in. The fusion being all or nothing makes it tough.

They should have offered 2 fusions. One for Brogni which is challenging, and one for the new epics, which is within reach for lower level players.

Completed all events except fireknight but I already.pulled that epic from a shard during champion chase (so I won’t need to do the next arena tournament either 😜)

One day mystery shard nightmare! Tell me I’m wrong, please! Summoning goes 4/23-4/26. That ends Europe time so 4/25 US bedtime. Champ training starts 4/25 early morning US time. So if you want to use thousands of mystery shards for summoning you get one day in the US (US 4/25), right? Ugh. Bet your viewers aren’t aware of that time crunch.

Did it in about an hour and a half. Used 2 shards, a couple of void shards, and about 1000 mystery shards. Just dumped then all into 3*s to take then up to 30 and then 2*s to level up the 3s. I also kept a stash of 4*/40s I build up in non-fusion times and won’t level them until a fusion. Gave me enough to also level up 2 5*s. By the time i was done, i also had enough points to already clear the Champ Training goal.

Gents,

I am attempting a fusion event for the first time. Please, help me out with a conundrum: In order to complete the summon rush I need to burn a ton of mystery shards (1400 precisely). That will take an hour or so just clicking on the damn things. I would gladly do that right away, but I will need the champs to level up during the summoning tournament tomorrow.

I would like to know how many ancient shards I need to leave until the summoning tournament to get champs for levelling up, but I do not know what are the requirements. I do not think they are published yet. Anyone have an estimate how many champs it will take to complete the tournament?

Cheers, Zwolo

Hi Zuolo. You need 3000 mystery shards, or some others if you have them. You need Mordecai fragments to complete it. If you can’t do it, go for the epics instead. Giscard is the best one, if you don’t have Lodric Falconheart.

So, nearing the end. Have they announced the next fusion? I’m guessing it will start in 2 weeks based on their current furious pace. :-( Unless it’s highly worth it, I really need to sit the next one out. Too much grinding time spent on this game over the past month and I need some time away from this time-suck….

Same for me. Leveling Fenshi now. Need to stop a bit, level Brogni and Warlord (got it on a very lucky pull) and farm a few potions and build masteries with time.
Hope next one is a standard one, so I can go more easily for one or two epics.

Question here… Do we only have the 5 days left to fuse this champion? I am on track to get the epics (have 2 of them right now). Or can i take my time and level these champs at my own pace and then fuse in a few weeks or so. Sorry might be a dumb question. Thanks

Hellhades, dou you think we get another 20 fragments for Skimfoss in the next two days? Otherwise this is the next fucked up fusion for me….in nearly every tournament i was on 1st or 2nd place, but in the last 10 minutes from the tournaments i will fall back on 3rd…and then they are more than 600 points in front of me…i dont know how this is going but ok…
