x2 Sacred Shard Event + x10 Basim Ibn Ishaq
This Friday, January 9th, RAID: Shadow Legends is kicking off a double Sacred Shard summon event, giving players a strong incentive to open their Sacred shards—especially if you’re chasing progress in the ongoing Kassandra Fusion.
Two summon boosts will be live at the same time, stacking value for anyone planning to pull Sacred Shards during the Champion Chase Tournament.
x2 Chance to Summon Legendary Champions from Sacred Shards
For the duration of the event, every Sacred Shard you open will have double the usual chance to summon a Legendary Champion. This is the standard and most reliable way to improve your odds when opening Sacreds, making it the ideal window if you’ve been saving shards.
If your goal is to pick up any Legendary to strengthen your roster—or to rack up Champion Chase points for Kassandra—this is a great event to summon for.
However, it’s worth noting that there are three different Summon Events during the Fusion: one Chase, one standard Summon Rush and a BONUS Summon Rush – you may opt to save all your summons for the later Summon Rush Events, as completing the bonus one will allow you to skip up to two other events.
Sacred Shards are actually quite unfavourable for Champion Chase Tournaments, they hold a much higher value in Summon Rush Events.
x10 Chance to Summon Basim Ibn Ishaq (Sacred Shards Only)
Running alongside the X2 event is a targeted X10 summon boost for Basim Ibn Ishaq, the Assassin’s Creed collaboration Legendary Champion.
It’s important to note that:
- The x10 event is exclusive to Sacred Shards
- The x10 boost will end one day earlier than the x2 Legendary event
This means there’s a shorter window if Basim is your main target, and timing your pulls matters.
Who Is Basim Ibn Ishaq?

Basim Ibn Ishaq is a Legendary Force Attack Champion from The Sacred Order, designed as a high-impact Assassin-style damage dealer with strong debuff interaction.
His kit revolves heavily around Veil and Perfect Veil, unlocking powerful bonuses when he’s protected:
- His A1 can place Weaken and spread debuffs when under Veil
- His A2 is an AoE attack that can Block Active Skills, ignoring more DEF and bypassing Block Debuffs when under Veil
- His A3 delivers heavy single-target damage that scales with buffs and debuffs, grants Perfect Veil, and gives him an Extra Turn
- His passives reward Assassin damage and punish enemies below HP thresholds with unavoidable bonus damage
- He also brings a 30% ATK Aura in all battles, making him immediately useful even outside of niche compositions.
Basim is clearly aimed at players who enjoy aggressive, tempo-driven gameplay, particularly in PvP and wave-based PvE content where Veil setups can be maintained.

Would love to but don’t have the sacred shards to do so.
