Champion Rebalance: Lady of Ireth and Nobel
Plarium has just announced a huge Champion Rebalance that will see Lady of Ireth and Nobel get a huge bump in value within RAID: Shadow Legends.
Of these two Legendaries, Nobel was really underwhelming and far too conditional to gain much value or use, despite a very interesting skill-set, where as Lady of Ireth was just a bog standard healer, who was neither impressive nor underwhelming, but these changes will see her value rise exponentially!
Let’s check out the latest Champion Rebalance!
Lady of Ireth
With the following changes, our main goal was to enhance her supporting role. After this rebalance, you’ll find Lady of Ireth’s kit more impactful, with significantly improved healing capabilities.
- Her A2 healing now scales off her own HP, and this Heal can still be critical. Additionally, if the target ally is fully healed, she will not only increase their Turn Meter but also heal all allies for 50% of the surplus Heal, allowing you to keep your entire team at full HP more consistently.
- To help allies cycle through their skills more frequently, her A3 will now also reduce the cooldown of all allies’ skills by 1 turn, except for Lady of Ireth herself.
Mistwood Healing [A2]
Old
Removes all debuffs from a target ally, then heals that ally by 40% of their MAX HP. This heal can be critical. If the target ally is not fully healed, places a [Block Damage] buff on them for 2 turns. If the ally is fully healed, fills their Turn Meter by 50%.
New
Removes all debuffs from a target ally, then heals that ally by 50% of this Champion’s MAX HP. This heal can be critical. If the target ally is not fully healed, places a [Block Damage] buff on them for 2 turns. If the ally is fully healed, fills their Turn Meter by 50% and heals all allies equal to 50% of the surplus heal.
Rhythmic Strength [A3]
New
Places a 25% [Strengthen] buff and a 15% [Continuous Heal] buff on all allies for 2 turns. Also decreases the cooldown of all ally skills, except this Champion’s, by 1 turn.
Nobel
We are enhancing Nobel’s kit to expand his role beyond just a Damage Dealer, making him more versatile as a control-type Champion. The changes will grant him greater control over his enemies with his signature [Fear] debuff, the ability to buff himself, Turn Meter manipulations, and a tricky passive that can unexpectedly disrupt the enemy’s composition.
- His A1 will now decrease the duration of all enemy Buffs with a 100% chance if the target enemy is under either [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff.
- Nobel’s A2 will not only smack harder but also grant him an [Increase ATK] buff if the target is under a [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff.
- His A3 now steals 50% of the target’s Turn Meter unconditionally. Additionally, if he manages to kill the target, the cooldown of his A2 will be reduced by 1 turn.
- We tweaked his Passive skill to become much more dangerous when Nobel is paired with another Turn Meter control champion. Now, he will place a [Fear] debuff on an enemy with a 20% chance if their Turn Meter is reduced by any active Turn Meter reduction. When paired with Lady Kimi, Shu-Zen, or other Champions with AOE Turn Meter reduction effects, you can set up some pretty nasty opportunities for nukers like Fortus or simply keep the enemies constantly under [Fear] debuff.
Smell Fear [A1]
Harbinger [A2]
New

Damage increased.
Attacks 1 enemy. Will ignore 30% of the target’s DEF. Before attacking, if the target is under a [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff, places a 50% [Increase ATK] buff on this Champion for 2 turns. After attacking, if the target is under a [Fear] or [True Fear] debuff, decreases the cooldown of the Dismay skill by 1 turn. Then fills this Champion’s Turn Meter by 25%.
Dismay [A3]
Desolation [Passive]
Old

Whenever an enemy’s Turn Meter is fully depleted by any Champion, has a 75% chance of placing a [True Fear] debuff on that enemy for 1 turn.
New

Whenever an enemy’s Turn Meter is reduced by any Champion, has a 20% chance of placing a [Fear] debuff on that enemy for 1 turn.
When are these champion rebalances going to be implemented? Date, does anybosy knows? Also another great video by HH
It’s live with the latest update. Still, Nobel’s skills need books to take advantage of the skill cycle and 13 is a lot.
