Champion Spotlight: Belanor

Spacer

Belanor spends more time on his hair than anything else in the world. His wings allow him to get that slight advantage on most other champions however he is often overlooked in teams due to all his abilties being single target.

Belanor has an enhanced ability when paired with Zavia. Belanor can however hit really hard and is very strong in Clan Boss, especially unkillable teams as a debuffer. He is also strong for Faction War boss fights and and Dungeon bosses due to his decrease defence and weaken abilities.

Belanor received a buff in Patch 6.30 and it made him playable! Making him an AOE Damage Dealer with Decrease DEF and Weaken!

Belanor Overview

Since Belanor got given some love he became an incredibly valuable Champion in practically any area of the game, where as before he only really seemed to find a home in niche unkillable Clan Boss teams, as a perfect candidate for teams such as Bateater.

Because of Belanors A1 buffing the rest of your team with Increase C.Rate, combined with his Aura, if used in the leader position you could get away with building only 46% Critical Rate on the rest of your team.

The biggest part of Belanor’s rework was changing his A2 to an AOE ability that places [Decrease DEF] and [Weaken] which are the most sought after offensive debuts in the game, enabling your whole team to do more damage – where as before this was only a Single Target hit. Because of Belanor’s affinity being Void, he will never weak hit meaning he can be incorporated into your teams for any stage of the game, without worrying about the chance of these debuffs not landing providing you have the correct level of accuracy (minus the 3% chance to be resisted regardless of your accuracy!)
