Event Dungeon Returns! Kurosa the Covetous!

RAID: Shadow Legends is launching a brand new Event Dungeon experience, bringing with it a mythical boss unlike anything seen before in the Event Dungeon—Kurosa the Covetous. This fearsome foe introduces dual-phase mechanics, unique defensive buffs, and exclusive loot for players to chase.

Let’s dive into the details of what makes this campaign event so exciting.

Kurosa is the first Mythical Champion to appear as a Dungeon Boss (Yes, we have Amius, but he is not a “Dungeon Boss”) and features a dynamic two-phase combat experience. While her base form functions as a Support-type champion, her skills still scale off ATK. In her alternate form, she becomes a full-on ATK nuker, dishing out heavy damage that can easily wipe out unprepared teams.

Key Mechanics:

• In Base Form, Kurosa protects herself and allies with powerful defensive buffs. Players must navigate through [Shield], [Healing], and [debuff cleanses].
• In Alternate Form, she becomes a high-damage nuker with devastating AoE attacks and powerful ATK-based scaling.
• Kurosa is partially immune to the [HP Burn] strategy: she only takes 1% of her max HP per tick, compared to typical bosses.
• The encounter demands flexible team compositions: strong Support to keep the team alive and hard-hitting damage dealers to bring Kurosa down.

Two brand-new buff types are introduced with this event:

[Fortify]: Reduces enemy Ignore DEF effects by 15% or 25%.

[Shatter]: Increases a Champion’s Ignore DEF effects by 7.5% or 15%

These buffs will heavily influence how players build their teams and approach both offense and defense during the battle.

Surge of Chaos: Attacks all enemies and heals all allies based on Kurosa’s ATK.

Anything for Siroth: Removes all debuffs, then buffs allies with [Increase ATK] and [Shield].

Running Rampant: Applies [Taunt], [Fortify], and [Unkillable] to herself and her allies.

Metamorph: Transforms into Alternate Form and grants an extra turn.

Collector of Pawns (Passive): Reduces damage based on number of allies alive. Transforms into Alternate Form when all allies are dead.

Aura: Increases Ally ATK in all Battles by 35%.

Destroyer of All: Triple hit on a target. If it kills, deals spread damage to other enemies (even bosses). Cannot be resisted.

Icon of Havoc: AoE attack that removes all buffs, then applies a [Weaken] debuff on enemies with equal or lower ATK.

Ruthless Agent: Buffs herself with [Shatter] and [Increase C.RATE], then places a [True Fear] debuff.

Metamorph: Returns to Base Form and grants an extra turn.

Vile Murderess (Passive): Deals bonus damage for each ally that has died and boosts Turn Meter on critical hits.

Aura: Increases Ally ATK in all Battles by 35%

A major draw of this Event Dungeon is the return of the Pinpoint Set, a unique 9-piece artifact set previously featured in the Asgard Divide campaign.

Pinpoint Set Bonuses:

• 1 piece: +20 ACC
• 2 pieces: +10% SPD
• 3 pieces: +20 ACC
• 4 pieces: Start with 1 stack of [Intercept]
• 5 pieces: +10% SPD
• 6 pieces: Start with 2 stacks of [Intercept]
• 7 pieces: +20 ACC
• 8 pieces: +12% SPD
• 9 pieces: Start with 4 stacks of [Intercept]

A new set of eight themed Relics will debut during the campaign. These span Rare to Mythical rarity and belong to the Event Relic group. Players can collect unique crafting materials in select Tournaments and Events to unlock these Relics, offering another avenue of strategic progression.

This campaign will also introduce a brand-new collaborative event type, the Coalition Event. It’s designed to bring the player base together toward a common goal, with success relying on global participation. Full details will be shared soon, but this marks an exciting direction for shared objectives in RAID.
