Every Epic Reviver in RAID: Shadow Legends RANKED

Revivers are one of the most important types of champion in RAID: Shadow Legends, helping your teams stay consistent and recover from deaths–it’s fair to say that most players will try to include a reviver in every team if they can!

In this series we’re going to be ranking every single reviver in the game, updated for the end of 2025, so you know who is the best for every single rarity, for every single faction, for every single situation.

Today, we’re tackling Epics: there’s plenty of options here, but who is worth using and who is a trap? Read on and find out!

CONDITIONAL EPIC REVIVERS

Uugo

First up, we’re covering what we’re calling the “conditional” Epic revivers: these Epics can revive, but it’s not a standard active ability which can be reliably used. This is still useful–and we wanted to make sure to include these champions since they might be useful–but we felt it wasn’t right to include them in the main list.

Note: the list goes from worst to best!

4. REINBEAST

Reinbeast was OP in days of yore, but his time in the sun has come and gone. He can revive if he kills an enemy, but his damage is terrible making this very unreliable. He has a decent passive Shield at least.

3. YELAGIRNA

Yelagirna has a revive on kill like Reinbeast, but at least she has decent damage stats and builds. She suffers from being very squishy: it’s not particularly useful if your reviver is likely to be the first to die.

2. SACHI

Sachi is a big step up in usefulness, though once again she has a passive revive on kill which is very difficult to trigger. She makes up for it by having a great general kit for wave content and even Faction War bosses–just treat her revive as an unreliable bonus.

1. UUGO

Uugo is definitely the best of these champions and she has by far the best revive as well. The downside here is that she needs to be the last champion alive in your team, but this works well with her stats and typical support builds–and she even has a passive to help her survive. She struggles against CC effects which can make her miss her ability, but it’s amazing when it saves a run gone wrong!

STANDARD EPIC REVIVERS

Ursala the Mourner

These are the standard Epic revivers. Some are good, some are only barely useable–but oftentimes an Epic reviver is the key to building teams in Faction Wars, Doom Tower, or Cursed City.

Note: the list goes from worst to best!

22. SHAMAN

Shaman is the free login champion for new players and she is absolutely awful–it’s genuinely shocking that Plarium has never buffed this champion who mostly exists as a trap for wasting your Epic Skill Tomes. Use her in Faction Wars if desperate, but the other Orc revivers are much better.

21. FANG CLERIC

Fang Cleric one of the OG revivers and it shows: he has an underpowered and dated kit, and is only worth using if you’re desperate. The other two epic revivers in Dark Elves are much better.

Spacer

20. MISTRESS OF HYMNS

Once again we have a very old and very poor champion who lives in a Faction with lots of other (better) reviver options. Avoid her.

Spacer

19. BROADMAW

As a permanent Fusion, Broadmaw’s best use is fusing lots of copies for Champion Chase points! As a champion, he’s poor, though Lizardmen is a weak Faction and he might actually be useful for Faction Wars.

Spacer

18. KINAGASHI

The oft-forgotten Shadowkin reviver, Kinagashi has the unique claim to fame of being the only standard reviver in the Faction at time of writing! This makes her a useful pick for Faction Wars, though she’s fairly weak as a champion and brings nothing to help your team not die in the first place.

Spacer

17. TESHADA

Teshada was reworked a couple of years ago, and is now a decent reviver. Her main problem is that players get Scyl of the Drakes for Barbarians at 6 months, so Teshada won’t see much play.

16. HOFOREES THE TUSKED

Hoforess is a decent reviver with the bonus of bring Increase ATK for champions like Sun Wukong. Not a very strong champion, but definitely useful for Faction Wars.

15. MALKITH BLOODFLOCK

Malkith actually has quite a nice buff manipulation kit, but he’s massively held back by other extremely strong revive options in Knights Revenant. Not a terrible option for double revive teams for Faction Wars though!

Djamarsa Portrait

14. DJAMARSA

Djamarsa is a free champion who can only be earned through the referral program. In her favour she has a full team revive. Unfortunately, everything else is pretty weak (though she has a fun passive). Not a must get champion, but she might help a little if you build her for Cursed City.

13. KAIDEN

Kaiden is a decent reviver, bringing some mild team survivability with Decrease ATK. Dark Elves is a bit starved for choice, so he is decent there, but not amazing overall.

Spacer

12. DUHR THE HUNGERER

Duhr brings decent healing and revivers, but he has lots of competition from the legendary revivers. His Reflect Damage buff is also basically useless in the player’s hands, but he’s solid enough to use regardless.

Spacer
Wyrennon the Silken

11. WYRENNON THE SILKEN

Wyrennon is a bit like a bad Apothecary but with a revive… It makes her well worth using for Faction Wars, but pretty mediocre anywhere without restrictions.

10. MELGA STEELGIRDLE

Melga is an OK reviver and OK healer but a GOOD accessible shielder. The Shields are definitely the difference-maker here, and they set her apart from other options, making a solid difference in staying alive.

Spacer

9. OLD HERMIT JORRG

Jorrg is a great reviver, bringing a strong Arbiter-style Turn Meter Boost with Increase Attack for Arena. His Perfect Veil can help champions stay alive when brought back, and his A1 Burn is nifty for bosses! A great investment of a champion.

Spacer

8. RIAN THE CONJURER

Rian is an offensive reviver, bringing Buff Removal, Block Buffs, and Weaken instead of team support. She’s solid, and her buff removal can fit very well into teams. It’s just a pity that a bunch of her power is baked into the synergy with Urost and Akoth: it’s a cool concept, but is literally never useful.

Spacer

7. GORGORAB

Budget Arbiter who is held back by terrible base SPD. He’s a solid champion, and the only accessible option for Undead. His revive can be used for healing even if no one is dead, which is actually pretty useful. A champion many will have to build.

Spacer

6. CARDINAL

Most of her kit is rubbish… Except for her revive! She’s only really used in Arena cheese teams, where a super high-RES Cardinal in Stoneskin can survive through most things, then revive her team and give them all a turn: she has a very unique revive which sets Turn Meters to max, letting her whole revived team take a turn immediately in most circumstances. Her other moves suck though making her limited to those niche strategies.

Dawncaller Sabitha Portrait

5. DAWNCALLER SABITHA

Sabitha has one of the best revives in the game for keeping your champion alive, giving not one but two turns of Block Damage. She has great utility as well, making her a top pick for revivers–but she does have stiff competition from Rector Drath and Ankora in her Faction.

Spacer

4. TAGOAR

Tagoar is an amazing Epic, bringing much more healing than it seems on paper, and the highly valuable Increase SPD buff. He has a full team revive too, making him one of the most useful Epics in the game for new players!

Spacer

3. GODSEEKER ANIRI

Godseeker is one of the most infamous revivers due to her ability to cheese the Sand Devil dungeon–and that’s what’s earned her the number 3 spot! She’s no slouch of a champion outside of that though, bringing good healing and buff manipulation, and even some respectable damage for a reviver.

Spacer

2. RECTOR DRATH

Rector Drath could arguably take the top spot here thanks to the huge amount of healing she puts out alongside the rare Perfect Veil buff. She’s an amazing champion who does everything you want out of a reviver!

Spacer

1. URSALA THE MOURNER

Our top Epic reviver is Ursala the Mourner, bringing fantastic utility in her Increase ATK and Decrease ATK effects (partiuclarly reliable since she is Void affinity), plus an incredible team revive that outclasses even most legendaries. She has a few downsides: no healing; terrible base DEF; and a long cooldown on her A3–but she sheer amount of utility she brings and the raw power of her revive have just about scraped her the top spot on this list.
