
March Fusion: Pelops the Victor
A new Fusion Champion is on the way. On Thursday, March 5, RAID will launch a classic Fusion event featuring Pelops the Victor.
Pelops joins the Argonites Faction as a Legendary Spirit HP Champion. He brings heavy control, strong protection, and built-in punishment for enemies who attack him.
Champion Overview

Pelops the Victor is a Legendary HP Champion from the Argonites Faction. He carries the Spirit affinity and is built to absorb pressure, control enemies, and protect his team through layered defensive tools.
Pelops blends crowd control with team protection. He places Magma Shield, applies Taunt, and reduces incoming damage for allies through his Passive. At the same time, he punishes attackers with HP Burn and Petrification, which makes him dangerous to hit.
His kit rewards teams that want to go second and absorb pressure before turning the fight.
Skill Overview

Triumphant Blow attacks one enemy and places a 50% Decrease ATK debuff for two turns. If the target is under HP Burn, the debuff cannot be resisted or blocked. Due to his passive placing HP Burns upon being hit, the uptime of this should be relatively high when using his A1.
Gorgoa’s Bane is his main control tool. It ignores 50% of the target’s DEF if they are under HP Burn. The damage increases for every active debuff on Pelops and the target, up to 200%. If the hit deals more than half of the enemy’s MAX HP, Pelops removes all buffs and places Stun for two turns. These effects cannot be resisted against HP Burn targets. This makes him a strong answer to buff-heavy defensive teams.
Victor’s Bounty supports the team. He places a 50% Increase ATK buff and a Magma Shield on all allies for two turns. The shield scales from 30% of his MAX HP. He also places Taunt on himself for two turns. His Passive effect reduces all incoming damage to allies by 20% while he is not under Decrease DEF.
Master of Games makes Pelops immune to Stun, HP Burn, and Petrification. When enemies attack him, he places HP Burn on them with a high chance. He can also place Petrification for one turn. Both effects trigger once per enemy skill. If he is under Decrease DEF, the activation chance drops, so cleansing that debuff is key.
His Aura increases Ally RES in all Battles by 60.
