Mega CVC Summon Event! Rotos & Siphi!
Plarium has announced a massive 10x Event for this week’s Personal Rewards Clan vs Clan Tournament, starting tomorrow 25/10/22.
Let’s check out what we’ve got in store for us!
The Announcement:
Hey everyone!
Some news about the upcoming events:
- Tomorrow, October 25th, we’re planning to launch x10 event to summon Rotos the Lost Groom from Ancient and Sacred Shards
- And on Wednesday, October 26th, we’re planning to launch x10 event to summon Siphi the Lost Bride from Void Shards
Should you be pulling shards?
As always, this is a personal decision that you need to make but there are a few points to consider for this set of events…
- There is no active Fusion/Fragment Event – So if you are Free to play, you may want to consider saving your shards.
- There is no boosted summon rates – unless you are close to Pity System kicking in, your chances of even getting a legendary are VERY slim.
- 10x Events are continuously getting worse with the influx of newly added Champions, diluting the chances of you getting these 10x Champions.
Of course, there are some positives to pulling shards this week however, due to the fact that it is a Personal Rewards clan vs clan, and a good way of gaining points is by pulling shards!
Are these Champions worth going for?
Siphi is one of the best champion in the game! Siphi is kinda busted!
Siphi requires zero accuracy, is able to revive champions with full turn meter, can increase your whole teams turn meter, increase their defence, place block debuffs on them and has amazing base stats.
As a void Legendary you would expect a strong champion but she is truly the best all rounders in the game and one of the best champions in the end game for Platinum Arena. If you pair her with her husband Rotos then we have a match made in heaven as she will clean all his debuffs at the start of his turn ensuring he will always start nuking people.
If you pull Siphi the Lost Bride you just won the game!
Rotos was originally a trusted servant of the Knight king wandering north of the wall looking to end the world of men. Then he met his queen Siphi and they left for the world of Teleria.
Rotos was introduced as a fusion to Raid: Shadow Legends in February 2020. Rotos became the strongest Arena champion ever to enter the game and when partnered with Siphi the Lost Bride it resulted in him being a one man killing machine!
In September 2020 he was nerfed and now he sits in the meta as a strong legendary for Arena and Clan Boss and GOD tier for Ice Golem (mainly due to his ability to block revive on an enemy).
In January 2022 he was then buffed to be able to reduce enemy MAX HP to bosses enabling his to be a good option to destroy the Scarab bosses shield and stay alive with his A2 ability!
Rotos is still seen even after the nerf of September 2020 as one of the best and most consistent arena champions due to his ability to cut through enemy defence with his A3 ability and his ability to stay alive. When paired with Siphi its also very hard to debuff him as she just cleans those nasty debuffs away!
When building Rotos make sure you have 100% Crit rate, high Crit damage and a strong HP% pool. Rotos has an amazing passive allowing him to take a hit but lose a maximum of 50% of his health. When attacking with his A2 he can also drain HP to build up towards a very high HP pool. He has one of the most interesting kits of any champion in Raid: Shadow Legends.
Let us know if you’ll be pulling your shards this week in the comments below!
I told myself a while back that I’d always pull my voids for Siphi no matter what, but at this point, I’m not sure I want to. I’d prefer to keep hoarding them hoping for an actual good guaranteed champion, and have been very patiently saving them for a while for such a reason. I suppose since there was just a guaranteed void I’d be safe to gamble 10-20 and have enough time to recover my losses until the next one.
No Siphi, but I was blessed with Leorius instead of yet another dupe at least.
