Will the requirement to get Lydia change when you add the new faction?

The short answer is yes, however, from this announcement they have said that initially when the new Samurai faction is launched they will not have enough champions in the pool to actually launch the faction crypt along with it. This means that players currently progressing through the faction crypts will still have plenty of time to unlock Lydia before the new crypt is launched. Plarium also confirmed that they would let players know “far in advanced” to allow time to push for the final stages.

What are your future plans for the Doom Tower?

The Doom Tower is planned to work in rotations. At the moment they are planning to launch the next rotation in April, however, they did say that this could be sooner if the tweaks and fixes that they are working on are completed before that point.

Did you guys forget about the Dwarves? Why do the Undead Hordes get all the new Epics and Legendaries?

There will be 2 new epic dwarf champions and 1 new dwarf legendary coming in February. They cover briefly that many of the undead champions that we have seen of late have been in development for some time so they are effectively playing catch up with factions like the Dwarves. On top of the 3 new champions being released this month for the faction, they have a further 14 Dwarf champions in development to bulk out your roster.

Do you have any answers to the duplicate champions issue?

Plarium acknowledges that the dupe system is a huge issue in the game and they are working on different ideas of how to fix it. Their plan is to have this resolved during the first half of 2021 however, have no fixed timeline for this yet.

Gearing Champions is hard and takes a lot of silver. Do you have any plans to fix that?

They are currently testing 3-4 ideas to reduce the cost of silver in the game along with a new armoury feature allowing you to test builds before you apply them.

I have a question on the Champion tier list and i could not find a good place to ask it. Any chance we can add a way to look up champions by affinity? If all i want to see is all the Voids or just the Spirit Champs that would be awesome. The tools here are already awesome though, thanks for all the hard work and information!

I feel like the issue of dupe champions and books could easily be solved in one solution.
It’s been talked about doing something like fusing 3 legos together to get a new lego, but how many people actually have THAT many dupe legos, especially mid game, even early late game, players?
It’s already a feature that you can use dupe champions to upgrade skills like a book, so maybe instead it could be that if you use a dupe champion to upgrade the same champion’s skills, it could equal something like 3 books.

Personally I would like the ability to turn dupes into coins. You could then trade coins in for a new legendary. All legendaries would be on a rotation (say 10 per week) so if you save enough you can get the champ you really want.
