Ash’nar Dragonsoul Overview
Wreathed in flames, Ash’nar Dragonsoul emerges as the second mythical champion to join the Orcs. This warrior wields the scorching power he gained from slaying a legendary dragon, using it to incinerate enemies and restore the health of his allies under flames.
BASE FORM
In his base form, Dragonsoul focuses on incinerating foes and manipulating resistance stats upon the instant activation of burns. His unique passive heals allies proportionally to the damage they would receive from burns and increases his MAX HP by up to 25% each time he places them. This is enabled by his A3, as Dragonsoul places Burn debuffs on enemies and allies, applies Weaken on enemies, then fills ally Turn Meters by 30%. His Pyroclast Storm [A2] instantly activates burns, triggering a decrease in enemy resistance and an increase on allies affected, scaling up to 100. This reduces the accuracy requirements for allies in progression and lowers the chances of them being debuffed once scaled. This combination of effects excels universally, whether taking down the Hydra Boss, conquering the Spider Dungeon, or wrecking enemies in Orc specific stages of Siege. Additionally, his default attack increases the duration of burns.
ALTERNATE FORM
In his alternate form, Dragonsoul transforms into a ferocious damage dealer, punishing enemies too weak to handle the heat! His A2 ability places an Increase Defence and Increase Crit Damage on himself before attacking enemies and provoking them, with a two turn duration against bosses. This is perfect for controlling the Head of Decay in Hydra, even against negative affinity, as Dragonsoul cannot weak hit enemies under Burn. His Magma Geyser [A2] attacks an enemy but will repeat the attack on all enemies if the initial target was under Burns. This is particularly effective in Arena and Hydra, and can also be great for bosses like Eternal Dragon to annihilate the minions. The repetitive attack theme continues with his A1, which, once booked, has a 50% chance to attack again. Lastly, similar to his base form’s passive, the healing value remains, but he will now ignore 15% of enemy defence if they are under HP Burn.
