Turtles Summon Pool and Titan Event

RAID: Shadow Legends is back with a crossover event that has fans buzzing—the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles are taking over Teleria. As part of this massive collaboration, Plarium has launched a new summon pool featuring four of the TMNT champions (Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and April) alongside a themed Titan event titled “Smart Fella.”

This limited-time drop isn’t just about collecting iconic heroes—it’s tied into milestone rewards, awakening boosts, and new relics that could give your account a serious boost. But with so much happening at once, many players are wondering: Is this summon pool actually worth pulling from? Are the Titan Event rewards worth chasing? Or should you save your resources for something bigger?

Let’s break it all down so you can summon smart, not wastefully.

TMNT Summon Pool Breakdown – Is It Worth It?

Summon Pool Event

RAID: Shadow Legends just dropped a new Heroic Summon Pool featuring Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle champions, and there’s a lot to unpack. Whether you’re a new player drawn in by the crossover or a veteran looking to maximize value, here’s a detailed breakdown of what’s in the pool, what’s worth pulling for, and how it ties into the new Titan event.

Headline Champions – Mixed Value

The current summon pool features Leonardo, Raphael, Donatello, and April O’Neil as headline champions. Here’s how they stack up:

  • Leonardo is the standout pick. He scales damage by ignoring more defense based on the number of turtle allies, making him a top-tier nuker, especially in PvP and Siege. Free activations when enemies drop low only add to his threat level.
  • Raphael deals solid damage but relies on self-applied Berserk, which makes him squishy and situational. Better with support from Donatello.
  • Donatello recently featured in the fusion event. If you missed him and want strong utility support, he’s worth targeting.
  • April underwhelms. Her kit includes Nullify and Seal, but the effects feel weak and inconsistent, especially against Stone Skin teams.

If you already completed the Donatello fusion, this pool might offer limited value unless you’re aiming for Leonardo.

Legendary & Epic Champion Evaluation

The regular legendaries in the pool are lackluster, with most offering only situational utility. A few exceptions:

On the epic side, things look much better:

If you’re pulling for free or making limited purchases, the Epics make this pool far more attractive than the Legendaries.

Pull Strategy – Save for the Weekend

There’s likely to be a summon-related event this coming weekend. If you’ve earned or purchased Prism Shards, it’s generally best to wait until Friday to summon. Letting them auto-summon on that day could net you bonus points toward whatever event launches, especially if it’s tied to the TMNT collaboration.

You can’t purchase new shards on the final day, but you can still summon what you’ve already saved. Hold off if possible—it might mean extra rewards.

Smart Fella Titan Event – Is It Worth Grinding?

Alongside the summon pool, RAID is launching the “Smart Fella” Titan Event starting Wednesday, September 3rd. It includes:

  • Awakening Boost: A 2x chance to summon 4, 5, and 6-star souls from Mortal Soulstones. This is the best value window yet for Mortal pulls.
  • Titan Rewards: Includes Donatello’s 1*, 3*, and 5* Perfect Souls, as well as the new relics St. Xavier’s Tribute and Last Laugh Amulet.

Points Breakdown:

  • Sept 3–7: 490 Pizza Points
  • Sept 8–14: 670 Points
  • Sept 15–23: 590 Points
  • Total: 1,750 points (1,500 required for all milestones)

Relics – Niche, Not Essential

  • St. Xavier’s Tribute: Chance to apply Veil based on HP. Decent for Hydra progression, but heavily outclassed by other relics like the Coronet.
  • Last Laugh Amulet: Triggers the Delay debuff on fatal damage, but unreliable and requires high-level investment. Potential niche use, but not game-changing.

These rewards are nice to have but not must-haves—especially if you’re managing limited resources.

Donatello Soul Evaluation

  • 1-Star Soul: Excellent value—boosts HP and survivability. Great for PvE.
  • 3-Star Soul: Adds access to Cruelty, which stacks DEF reduction quickly via ally attacks.
  • 5-Star Soul: A stronger version of Cruelty, but harder to obtain. Not essential.

You don’t need to max his soul to benefit. Even a 1–3-star soul will bring solid utility.

Are these events worth it?

  • New Players: The summon pool offers great Epics and the chance to grab top TMNT units like Leonardo. If you’re spending, this is a fun time to do it.
  • Free-to-Play / Low-Spenders: Most of the Titan Event rewards are optional. Donatello is amazing, but chasing his 5* soul or niche relics isn’t mandatory.
  • Whales / Collectors: Go for it—but weigh your resources carefully, especially if guaranteed events for Raphael or Leonardo are coming.

This summon pool is ideal for newcomers and TMNT fans looking to build out their accounts. The Titan event offers some cool extras, but unless you’re flush with resources, it’s safe to go light or skip entirely. Save your summons for the weekend, aim for Leonardo if possible, and take advantage of the Awakening Boost on Wednesday.
