UNDERGROUND FACILITY – Campaign Breakdown
The Underground Facility is the next major campaign zone in Void Hunters and is a clear step up in complexity. Unlike Holdfast Gate, this area expands again with multiple branching paths, more stages, and a wider range of challenge conditions.
With 33 total Stars available, this zone starts to test both your roster depth and your ability to adapt to different requirements across multiple routes.
Progression vs 3-Star Completion
By this point, your roster should be growing, but it is still important not to overextend.
Focus on clearing stages first, then return later for specific requirements. Some conditions such as faction restrictions, limited team sizes, or ability usage limits can be difficult to meet on your first attempt.
Building a solid core team will carry your progression, while a broader roster will help you clean up the remaining stars later.
Branching Paths
After completing Antechamber, the zone splits into three distinct routes.
The top path leads to Alchemy Chamber.
The middle path leads to Observation Room, which continues into Apostate Dormitory and then Cave-In.
The bottom path leads to Officer’s Barracks, which branches further into Apostate Barricade, Beast Stockade, Deepening Darkness, and finally Fugitive’s Grotto, the final stage of the zone.
Mimics

This is the first battle you will face in Underground Facility.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win with no defeated allies
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Seasoned allies only
Overview:
A straightforward opening fight. Depending on your roster, the Seasoned requirement may already be manageable. Focus on a clean clear first and return later if needed.
Antechamber

This is the second battle you will face and the point where the paths begin to branch.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win using max. 4 allies
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Archlands allies only
Overview:
The team size restriction is easy to manage, but the Archlands requirement may depend on your available units. Clear the stage first, then return once you have a stronger faction lineup.
Alchemy Chamber

This battle is encountered by taking the top path from Antechamber.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win with no defeated allies
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Galen
Overview:
This stage introduces a specific character requirement. If you do not have Galen built or available, clear the stage first and revisit later to secure the final star.
Observation Room

This battle is encountered by taking the middle path from Antechamber.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win with all allies at or above 50% Health
⭐⭐⭐ Win without using Attacker allies
Overview:
This is a more restrictive stage. Removing attackers slows down your damage, making the health requirement harder to maintain. Focus on control and survivability if attempting all stars.
Apostate Dormitory

This battle follows Observation Room.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win using no Basic Skills
⭐⭐⭐ Win without using Tank allies
Overview:
Managing skill usage becomes important here. Avoid relying on basic attacks and build a team that can function without traditional tanks. This may require a revisit depending on your roster.
Cave-In

This battle follows Apostate Dormitory.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win using max. 5 Special Skills
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Holy Order allies only
Overview:
This stage combines ability restrictions with a faction requirement. Limiting Special Skills forces careful planning, while the Holy Order condition may require specific investment.
Officer’s Barracks

This battle is encountered by taking the bottom path from Antechamber.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win using max. 3 allies
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Holy Order allies only
Overview:
A combination of team size and faction restriction. This can be challenging early, so focus on clearing the stage before attempting both conditions together.
Apostate Barricade

This battle follows Officer’s Barracks.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win using max. 2 allies
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Free Tribes allies only
Overview:
A heavy restriction stage. Two-unit clears require strong individual champions, and the faction condition may limit your options further.
Beast Stockade

This battle follows Apostate Barricade.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win without using Healer allies
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Human allies only
Overview:
Balancing survivability without healers while meeting a faction requirement can be difficult. Consider revisiting this stage once your roster is more developed.
Deepening Darkness

This battle follows Beast Stockade.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win with no defeated allies
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Elf allies only
Overview:
This stage leans heavily on faction availability. If you lack Elf units, complete the stage first and return later for full completion.
Fugitive’s Grotto

This is the final battle of Underground Facility.
Objectives:
⭐ Win the battle
⭐⭐ Win using Seasoned allies only
⭐⭐⭐ Win using Dwarf allies only
Overview:
The final stage acts as a strong roster check, requiring multiple faction options. It is unlikely you will complete all requirements on your first run, so focus on clearing it and come back later for the remaining stars.
Final Thoughts
Underground Facility is where Void Hunters begins to fully test your roster flexibility.
With multiple branching paths and layered restrictions, this zone rewards players who build beyond a single team. Progress steadily, avoid over-investing too early, and return later to clean up the more demanding objectives.
