x2 Ancient Shards and x15 Scarecrow Event Coming This Friday
RAID: Shadow Legends is launching two Ancient Shard summoning events at the same time this Friday, September 4th.
Players will have access to a standard x2 Ancient Shard event, alongside a boosted chance to summon The Scarecrow.
x2 Ancient Shard Event
During the event, Ancient Shards will have doubled summon rates for both Epic and Legendary Champions.
For players holding a stockpile of Ancient Shards, x2 events remain one of the strongest times to open them. The base chances for higher rarity Champions receive a direct boost for the full duration of the event.
x15 Chance for The Scarecrow
Running alongside the x2 event is an x15 chance to summon The Scarecrow from Ancient Shards.
The Scarecrow arrived as part of RAID’s Echoes of Oz event and is one of the headline Champions from the event.
There is one key detail here. The Scarecrow x15 event will finish one day earlier than the x2 Ancient Shard event.
Players targeting The Scarecrow will need to summon during the overlapping event period rather than waiting until the final day of the x2 event.
RAID’s New x15 Summoning Format Begins
This event marks the first single-Champion x15 summon event following the summoning event changes introduced in RAID’s latest update.
Previously, these targeted summon events commonly offered a x10 chance for one featured Champion.
The new format raises that starting boost to x15.
That gives players a better targeted rate than the old x10 system. The normal summoning rules still apply. A boosted chance only affects which Champion you receive after successfully summoning the required rarity.
It does not increase the Legendary summon rate beyond the active x2 Ancient Shard event.
