2x Primal Event for Legendaries – 10x Hansel Witchunter!

Plarium has just announced a 2x Primal Event which will NOT boost the chances of acquiring Mythical Champions, alongside the Halloween Fusion.

This is a really strange thing for Plarium to do, as the recent 2x Primals have also included increased rates for Mythical Champions. This one does not feature much incentive for players to open their collection of Primal Shards. However, it will line up with the Summon Rush Event for the Halloween Fusion for Gretel Hagbane.

On top of this, there will be a 24-hour Guaranteed Epic Event for one of the Lady Mikage Epics, Eolfrig, should you still need this epic to fuse your free Mythical Champion.

I have some news about the upcoming events:

• This Thursday, November 7th, we’re planning to launch a Guaranteed Champion event.

Summon Champions using Ancient Shards while the event is active, and you are guaranteed to get Eolfrig by your 40th Ancient Shard.

Remember, if you do happen to summon Eolfrig before your 40th Ancient Shard, your event will end.

This event will last 24 hours.

• This Friday, November 1st, we’re planning to launch x2 event to summon Epic and Legendary Champions from Primal Shards.
• At the same time, we’re planning to launch x10 event to summon Hansel Witchunter from Primal Shards

Both events will last 72 hours.

Whilst as a Champion, Hansel might be exciting for many due to his synergy with Gretel Hagbane, the fact that this event does not feature an increased chance to acquire mythical champions from Primal Shards leaves a sour taste in many people’s mouths, as there is really no desire to open them in chase of an Epic Champion due to the fear of missing out on the next 2x Mythical Champion Event, which we always advise saving Primal Shards for.

However, as mentioned above, this is going to be the Shard Event that lines up with the Summon Rush Event for the Gretel Fusion, so if you are going for the Fusion, you may need to open shards, and any other shards except for Primals will be event-less, with no increased odds of getting specific Champions or Rarities, but this may still be the best thing to do, whilst holding on to your precious Primal Shards.
