How to Build Talenna in RAID: Shadow Legends

Talenna has quickly become one of the most exciting champions added to RAID: Shadow Legends. Between her guaranteed acquisition event and guaranteed Soul event, many players have already invested heavily into her, making the next question an important one: how should you actually build her?

The good news is that Talenna is surprisingly flexible. Whether you’re looking for a reliable Arena lockout champion or want to experiment with poison-focused damage builds, she has several viable options depending on your gear and account progression.

Here’s a breakdown of the three main ways to build Talenna, along with the strengths and weaknesses of each approach.

For the majority of players, this is the safest and most effective build.

The goal is simple: go first, increase enemy skill cooldowns, and disrupt the opposing team before they have a chance to act.

Recommended Gear

• 4-piece Supersonic (if available)
• Speed, Perception, Feral, Righteous, or Protection sets as alternatives
• Speed-focused relic
• High Speed and Accuracy stats

Supersonic is particularly valuable because it grants Turn Meter whenever enemies buff before Talenna takes her turn, helping her cycle back to her abilities even faster.

If you don’t have quality Supersonic gear, don’t worry. Simply stacking as much Speed and Accuracy as possible still produces excellent results.

Stat Priorities

Aim for:

• Maximum Speed
• High Accuracy
• Enough survivability to avoid being one-shot

For high-end PvP, around 600 Accuracy is generally sufficient because Talenna buffs herself with Increase ACC before attempting to land her cooldown increase.

That means you don’t need to build astronomical Accuracy values. Instead, calculate enough Accuracy to comfortably beat your own highest Resistance builds.

Pros

• Easy to build
• Excellent Arena control
• Reliable for Siege and Live Arena
• Works on nearly every account

Cons

• Doesn’t maximize poison damage
• Leaves part of her kit underutilized

If you’re looking for consistency, this is the build to choose.

This version focuses on one of Talenna’s more unique strengths—her Poison damage.

Instead of only acting as a lockout champion, she also becomes a legitimate damage dealer.

What You’ll Need

• Arachnelixer relic
• Lethal Dose Blessing
• High SPD
• High ACC
• Additional ATK%

The Arachnelixer relic adds extra poison damage based on Talenna’s ATK, dramatically increasing the damage dealt every time enemies take poison ticks.

When paired with Lethal Dose, poison damage in PvP can become surprisingly threatening.

Why It Works

Normally, a Poison dealing 5% Max HP might inflict around 5,000 damage against a 100,000 HP target.

With Arachnelixer adding Attack-based damage, and Lethal Dose further amplifying poison damage, that same poison can potentially reach tens of thousands of damage instead.

Because Talenna places multiple poisons, the damage adds up very quickly.

Pros

• Massive poison damage
• Excellent wave clearing
• Strong PvE performance
• Much higher offensive pressure in PvP

Cons

• Lower Speed than the standard build
• Requires a Faction Wars Hard difficulty relic
• Needs a strong Blessing investment
• More difficult to gear properly

This build shines if your account already has strong Speed support, such as Arbiter or Arbais, who can provide both Increase ATK and Fill Turn Meter to help supplement needing both stats.

For players with access to premium gear and relics, there’s an even more powerful setup.

This build combines:

• 6-piece Deflection
• Chronocube relic
• Maximum SPD
• High ACC

Why This Combination Is So Strong

Chronocube grants Talenna an immediate Extra Turn.

That allows her to:

1. Open with her A3 to increase enemy skill cooldowns and remove 1 stack of Total Guard.
2. Instantly take another turn (thanks to Chronocube).
3. Use her A2 to boost allies’ Turn Meters and remove 2 stacks of Total Guard (thanks to 6-piece Deflection).

The Deflection set removes Total Guard stacks whenever blocked debuffs trigger. Together, Talenna can strip all three Total Guard stacks almost immediately while simultaneously locking down the enemy team.

It’s an incredibly powerful interaction that very few champions can replicate.

Pros

• Removes Total Guard extremely quickly
• Excellent utility
• Powerful Arena opener
• Fantastic support for aggressive PvP teams

Cons

• Extremely gear intensive
• Requires Chronocube
• Requires six quality Deflection pieces
• Much harder to build than the other options

For most players, this setup simply isn’t realistic but if you can build it, it’s arguably Talenna’s strongest overall configuration.

Your blessing choice depends entirely on the build you’re using.

Speed and Lockout Builds

• Temporal Chains – Excellent for slowing enemies and controlling turn order.
• Intimidating Presence – Great alternative at 6-star (to prevent the turn meter reduction on Temporal Chains triggering enemies like Marius).

Poison Build

• Lethal Dose – Essential for maximizing poison damage, but only works in PvP.

A fairly standard Accuracy-focused mastery setup works well.

Prioritize masteries that provide:

• Boosts to the ACC stat
• Bonuses to debuffs
• Turn Meter generation
• Counterattack opportunities to trigger Poisons and chip away at Total Guard stacks

There’s plenty of flexibility here depending on your team composition, but Accuracy remains the priority.

• Live Arena
• Siege
• Tag Arena

Even without investing into poison damage, her Poisons still contribute meaningful damage throughout longer PvE encounters while her cooldown increase makes difficult waves much safer to clear.

Her SPD in All Battles aura is particularly valuable in Siege, making her an attractive option on both offense and defense.

Talenna offers much more flexibility than many first assumed.

For most players, the Fast Lockout build is easily the best option. It’s reliable, effective, and doesn’t require niche relics or expensive gear.

Players looking to squeeze every bit of value from her can experiment with the Poison build, while top-end accounts have an incredibly powerful, but very expensive, option using Chronocube and Deflection gear.

No matter which route you choose, Talenna looks set to become one of the strongest utility champions available for competitive PvP, and she’s well worth investing in if you’ve already secured both her and her Soul.
